Comments• Very nice conference• Extremely well organised• Location was good
– Acoustics in some rooms not perfect• test of new CERN InDiCo conference management system
– EU project, builds on success of Agenda maker• High speed networking – with free Enterasys 802.11a/b/g
card– 54 Mbps Wireless, with 50 Mbps link to CERN
• Plenary talks all recorded– No live broadcast but video recordings available in
hours• CERN 50th Anniversary
– CERN DG was at the CHEP dinner• Live link to Geneva for 50th party
• blog/chat system to encourage discussion– Good idea but limited success– Why do all plenary questions come from the same 5
people?
