1 st West Vancouver All-Sections Camp Camp Byng May 27 – 29, 2016 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Parents are all invited to enjoy our All-Sections Camp at Camp Byng; a great chance to see what your son has been up to all year, and to experience a Scout Camp first hand! Highlights of the weekend will include wide games, great meals by our parent helpers, fun activities, and a Campfire Sing Along. You’ll walk onto the ferry at Horseshoe Bay on Friday, and be met by the bus to Camp Byng at the other side. Bring a bag supper, as supper will not be served at Byng on Friday night. Cost, including ferry, bus, food and camp fee is $80 per person before May 12. $100 per person after May 12. Absolutely no registrations after May 19. Parents and siblings are welcome at this camp. The cost will be $80 per person. If you are a Parent Leader and wish to bring siblings to camp, please ask your spouse to come as well. We need you as a Leader at camp and this is difficult if you have to look after your children. If you have any dietary restrictions please indicate them on the 3 rd page. Parents must complete the attached health form and hold harmless agreement for themselves and each non-registered sibling, and will be responsible for siblings during the camp. We need parent helpers in the kitchen – please let your leader know if you can help! Parents attending camp must have a police record check and complete Scouts Canada’s Child and Youth Safety course before attending camp. Please contact Irene Nemeth ([email protected] ) if you want to attend this camp.
