Technical WorkbookWhat is the Multiplier Factor?

• Purpose: The multiplier is intended to reasonably represent the magnitude of future work to enable Offerors to propose the types and quantities of resources, including any offsite facilities needed as well as resources needed to accomplish TO 1 for Contract Management and Reporting.

• In the Technical Resources Summary Templates (TRST) tab entitled “Resource Roll-up – TOs 2-5” you shall apply the multiplier provided to the resources proposed in the following TRST tabs:– “Resources for TO 2”– “Resources for TO 3”– “Resources for TO 4”
