The “Quality Assessment of the Public Prosecution Office Innsbruck according to the CAF (Common Assessment Framework)” project pursued the following objectives:
• Improvement of the PPO’s services by means of an assessment based on sectoral criteria and international experiences;
• Application of improvement measures where the need for action is a priority;
• Integration of different quality improvement initiatives into the organisation’s core business (Public Prosecution Office’s core processes);
• Facilitation of international benchmarking/-learning in the respective sector (justice) and exchange of experience between organisations within that sector.
