RES#68/02082007 SUBDIVISION/ HIEBERT CRESCENT / NORTHERN SKY RESOURCES Gordon Rutten, moved that we approve the subdivision of Parcel BE, Plan 85S06914, as shown on the Plan of Proposed Surface Subdivision prepared by George, Nicholson, Franko and Associates and dated January 4th, 2007, as attached to and forming part of these minutes, subject to the signing of the required Development and Servicing Agreement. Seconded – Kent Muench CARRIED RES#69/02082007 SUBDIVISION/ HIEBERT CRESCENT / NORTHERN SKY RESOURCES Travis Wiebe, moved that we approve the subdivision of Parcel BF, Plan 85S06914 and ST/L 53 and Consolidation of Parcel DD, Plan 85S06914, as shown on the Plan of Proposed Surface Subdivision prepared by George, Nicholson, Franko and Associates and dated January 4th, 2007, as attached to and forming part of these minutes, subject to the signing of the required Development and Servicing Agreement. RES#70/02082007 STREET CLOSURE Travis Wiebe, moved that we sell dedicated lands, utility parcels and road right of ways registered in the Town’s name for a price of $120.00 per front meter to be paid to the Town, and all other associated costs including, but not limited to, legal, survey and land transfer costs, be directly assumed by the purchaser. Seconded – Kent Muench CARRIED

RES#71/02082007 BYLAW NO. 50-2006 (SECOND READING) Gordon Rutten, moved that Bylaw No. 50-2006, being a Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 2-88, known as the Zoning Bylaw, be read for the second time. Seconded – Travis Wiebe CARRIED RES#72/02082007 BYLAW NO. 50-2006 (THIRD AND FINAL READING) Travis Wiebe, moved that Bylaw No. 50-2006, being a Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 2-88, known as the Zoning Bylaw, be read for a third and final time. Seconded – Kent Muench CARRIED RES#73/02082007 EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION NO. 6-2007 Terry Kostyna, moved that we authorize Expenditure Appropriation No. 6-2007, in the amount of $1,064,413.88, as attached hereto and forming part of these minutes. RES#78/02082007 STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING Gordon Rutten, moved that the Strategic Planning meeting be held Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 9:00 am in Council Chambers. Seconded – Terri Hetterly CARRIED RES#79/02082007 COMMERCIAL LOTS Terry Kostyna, moved that we reduce the price of the commercial lots on Centennial Drive North from $52,000 to $49,900 per lot. Seconded – Travis Wiebe CARRIED RES#80/02082007 PRAIRIE SPIRIT SCHOOL DIVISION MILL RATE Kent Muench, moved that we send a communiqué to reflect the intention of the School Division to raise their mill rate in the upcoming taxation year on the Town website and included in the utility bills and posted on the bulletin board.
