The Refrigerator is not

The Refrigerator's Lampis not lighted

In this case, we, the service personnel, will visit you to handle thetechnical problem.

This can occur when lamp is wornout.Check the power mains with another appliance.

Burnt/Smoke

Check Point

This can happen if the machine is notproperly connected to power outlet or it has an error in fuse system, transistor,or control box.

Check if the power plug is correctlyconnected.

Check the Refrigerator for the following:

Check if the power fuse is blown.

Circuit breaker switchesdown

The circuit breaker goes down when theinsulation is worn out or the breaker itself is overheated or has an error.

Turn all the your electronic appliancesoff but the refrigerator and check if thecircuit breaker works. If the breaker switches down, the refrigerator leakselectricity.Contact us for technical help.

Electrical shockElectricity leakage and physical damagefrom this is caused by poor grounding.If the grounding is properly installed, noelectrical damage would occur.

If your machine is not properlygrounded, make sure you first makea proper grounding.If the power supply terminal is grounded,plug the power cord in the reverse toavoid the sneak current.

Power plug not inserted properly. This can occur from poor contact of thedoor switch. Contact us and our serviceperson will visit you to replace the door switch for you.This can occur when the lamp is worn out.Please replace the lamps.

Weak CoolingThis happens if the door is open or thisinternal temperature is set to high.It can also happen if cooling system isfrosted from an error in defrost process.If door closes loose machine doesn't detectdoor switch and thus fan motor will notoperate.

Close the door so the machine is properlysealed.

Press the door switch to check if fan motor works properly.

Ice-cream melt This happens if internal temperature is0

less than -20 CWe recommend you to set internal temperaturetoFreezer max cool.

Vegetable Freezing Internal temperature is set too low. We recommend you to set the temperatureone level up.

Vegetables/Fruits should be kept with no or low moisture so do not wash it with water before storage.

This happens in the process of refrigerant, where the remaining liquidrefrigerant that is yet to be compressed.

This noise occurs when the compressor stops operation, the refrigerant runs downthe cooling pipes for 2-3 minutes.The refrigerant sounds like a waterflow.Normal Phenomenon.

Moisture insideDewy case happens if the door staysopen for an extended time or the sealingof the door gasket isn't in good condition.

Dewy compartment occurs if the door staysopen for an extended time or the sealing of the door gasket isn't in good condition.Close the door so that the door gasket fits in.

Moisture on gasket

Dewy gasket happens only the summer,especially in rainy season when theambient air is warm and moist.

This is not a defect.It occurs due to temp difference in summer,especially in rainy season.

Accessories (guards, shelves, veg box, veg cover, chiller tray, Dairy pockets,lamp, refrigerant) to be inspected at the time of installation. It is not coveredunder warranty. Our service engineer will replace this on Cost basis.
