• Originated in 1995 as . . . “THE FIREBALL TEAM”

• In the Anaheim Office:

Purpose of Elite Circle

Create a Solid foundation for building SUCCESS !

Build New Leaders so that TEAMS will come.

Build inter-dependent business Leaders.

Move to the next level -

• Qualify for CEO Club

This is CEO-To-Be In Training !

You will be trained by CEO’s and above to become a CEO. When this class is done, you will have all the Foundation

you need to become a Baseshop Builder.

The only thing standing in your way from becoming a CEO-MD- ACTIONS.

A Total Classes of 6 sessions scheduled approximately every three to four weeks on Saturdays from 12:00pm until… the training is complete (min. 8 – 10 hrs.)

We will travel to other locations for some sessions. At least 2 sessions will be out of town, DALLAS or AUSTIN and possibly require a Saturday night stay over.

• Have 1 new Elite Replacement Qualifier from your team by 4th class. Elite Replacements must be active in the Business!

• License by Graduation. You Must be Life Licensed/attempt to take exam by Class # 4 or (–1) PT. Rule of 72 applies for point deductions on each session thereafter.

DRESS CODE • Team Shirts for both qualifiers and wild cards • Elite Circle Name Badge • Dress Sharp! – No Wrinkles or Un-tucked Shirts

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED • Bottled Water is Permissible

NO IN AND OUT’s EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS • Only during 15 minute break given every 2-3 hours

SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR CLASS RANK AT EACH SESSION: Highest ranking Cadets will sit in the front rows and

the lowest ranking Cadets sit behind them.

1)All Cadets start Elite CIRCLE with 6 Points.

2)You earn or lose points along the way and are ranked accordingly…

Note 1: There will be a quiz at the beginning of every class and a Final in Session 6.

Note 2: You must Pass the Final Exam in order to graduate!

3) Once again, must be Life Licensed on or before graduation day!

All Honor Graduate’s of the Elite Class will have the privilege to:

1. Attend any future Elite Class/Sessions as guest.

2. Participate in special leadership meetings and retreats.

Note: To enter the EC program and compete again, everyone must re-qualify and pay the new program fee.

Spouse/Significant Other Role:

Definition of Spouse/Significant Other: Husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend.

(Brother/sister, Son/Daughter etc… do not count)

If both spouse/significant other qualifies with the guidelines (5 Points), both must submit separate Registration Form along with their separate registration fee.

If spouse/significant other role is only for “Support” and not joining EC, all activities (sales/recruits/guests) of both codes can be counted for competing associate.

• A Cell phone ring = (-1) POINT+ $5.00 fine, everyone else (-½) PT NOTE: MD phone rings = (-2) PT’s + $10.00 fine

*cell phone ring penalty starts during the Elite Orientation!!!

• Texting during Class = (-½) PT

• Miss a BPM on MTW or S = (-½) PT & $5.00 fine. (Sign the Sign-In Sheet. Let us know if you have issues, exceptions must be job related)

• Attending BIG Events are Mandatory = (-2) PT’s + $20.00 fine (Super Sat, Conventions, & Kickoffs, etc. = must submit proof )

• Absent 1 session = (-2) PT’s & $20.00 fine **You must make up homework from the missed session on the next session to complete Elite Circle. **You must still send in and submit homework even if you are absent in class!

• Incomplete Homework = Points deducted accordingly + $5.00 fine for each item.

• Do not respond the emails = (-½) PT + $ 5.00 fine• Fines/Penalties: are due at the beginning of the next session to the Accountability

Team. (You know which homework you didn’t do!)

Rules and Guidelines

Bonuses:- Personal Promotion: Associate(+5pts), SA(+10pts),

MD (+15pts), QMD (+20pts), SMD (+25pts).

- Baseshop Promotions: Associate (+2pts), SA (+4pts), MD (+6pts), QMD (+10pts)

Note that only the first direct Upline who is in EC of the promoted associate will receive the bonus.

Example: D is promoted. C and B and A are Upline’s. But only B and A are in EC. The ONLY person who will receive this Baseshop Promotion bonus will be B, not A.

- If you are awarded: Watch $50,000 earnings: + 5 pts.Ring $100,000 earnings: +10 pts.

•Less than 15 minutes late = (-½) PT & $10.00 Fine

•More than 15 minutes late = (-1) PT & $20.00 Fine

• Leave During Training = (-1) PT + $10.00 Fine, the Rest of the Class is also levied a (-½) PT +$5.00 Fine

• No Name Badge = (-½) PT & $10.00 Fine

• Lose Badge = (-½) PT & $10.00 Fine

• No Team Shirt = (-1) PT & $25.00 Fine

• Missing Materials = (-½) PT & $10.00 Fine

• Harassing Advisor, Homework or Accountability Team members in any way = (-1) PT

• Replacement Elite must be qualified by the 4th Class (+5 PT’s) or (-1) PT; 5th Class (-2) PT’s; 6th Class (-4) PT’s

1. Any Elite Cadet may call out any one in the class.

2. Challenging Cadet will choose a category to compete in:a. Recruits ( 2 PT’s)

b. Sale ( 1 PT per Application with the exception of ½ PT for Term Application)

c. Overall points (Recruits and Sales Combine)

3. The Cadet who gets challenged may decline the challenge. However, Cadets may only decline twice. Cadet’s must accept the 3rd Challenge issued.

4. If the Cadet does not like the category in which they are being challenged, they can counter challenge with his or her chosen category.

5. Winner of the Challenge takes the corresponding points from opponent’s total current points.

6. If both competing Cadets are at “0” zero points during the Challenge computation, there will be a fine of $10 to each Cadet.

7. All Cadets must compete at Sessions 3, 4, & 5. Cadets cannot decline the challenges.

** All call outs will be at the discretion by CEOs’ final approval. .

Automatic Disqualification:

1) Absent Graduation Day

2) Cheating on Homework, Quizzes, or Final Exam

3) Negativity (Upline, sideline, etc.)

4) Absent for 2 sessions

5) “0” PT’s

6) Discussing the material or detail of Elite Circle, in any degree, to any person outside the Elite Circle Team.

1. Paper AMA will be only accepted if there is a background problem. You will receive credit once the person has received a code number and you show proof of code number.

2. No credit for personal sales (selling to yourself.) Personal sales count for Upline only.

3. Field training sale counts ONLY FOR EITHER trainer or trainee. It can NOT count for both if both trainer and trainee are in the same Elite class! However you can split the points (50/50)

(Non-licensed Cadet (trainee) must have their sale proof signed by their MD)

4. All homework and qualifying documents must be accompanied by required proofs at the time of submission to the homework team at your local office.

5. Sales proofs require a copies of the front page of the application, client’s check and agent report page. MUST white out client’s private information excluding first name and agent of sales.

6. Incomplete or late delivery of proof will not be counted!

7. All homework ends at 6:00pm on Thursday the of week of class.

8. Cadet must submit proof in person to the local Homework Team!

9. Homework Team must report the number of points to Accountability team

by 6:00 pm Friday before the next class.

10. Proof of previous class homework MUST be in binder at ALL TIMES for spot check, if proof is missing points WILL be deducted.

*Note- From now on NO MD signatures are required on proof

Registration Fees: All Qualifiers must submit $125 as their registration fee to their SMD by January 31st. Anyone pay after January 31st will have to pay $150.

Wild Cards must submit $150.00 as their registration fee. If Wild Card qualifyBefore February 8th, $25 will be refund so cadet will only pay $125 total.

Supporting spouse attending class - please add $25 to registration fee.

Note: Wild Card must have min. 3 out of 5 pointers (M.A.C.H.O)

Elite Circle will only accept SMD’s check with Qualification and Wild Card registration form. Both must be completely filled with proof attached.

Deadline for SMD to submit the Registration forms is Wednesday, Feb 8, 2012 by 6pm to Grace Hu by Fax/email

SMD must submit Registration Fee to the EC Accountant, Grace Hu, by 12:00pm Saturday Feb 11, 2012. NO exceptions!

If registration is late or incomplete, a $25 fine will be imposed to the Cadet

Accountability ADVISOR TEAM- Takes Roll Call before every session - Checks Attendance and Roster at BPM’s & Big Events - Code of Honor- Check dress code and all required materials.- Collects fines same day or latest, by next session. - Checks and updates current point balances of the class. - Communicates with Homework Advisors. - Collects Homework points from Homework Advisor Team.

2. Accountant- Balance’s Elite Circle Account (Financial Report).

***Reports current status to CEO after EVERY SESSION.

3. Homework ADVISOR TEAM- Collect’s Homework and Check’s materials - Check’s Homework and calculates points- Submits Point Balance Reports to Accountability Team

4. Setup/Cleanup ADVISOR TEAM - Responsible for Computers, Projectors, and Overhead - Supplies - Food/Logistics - Update team with next Elite class location. - Arrange for CEO travel arrangements (transportation, room and food accommodations).
