Miami Children’s Court House (MCCH)

MCCH is a 14-story, $110M building, located at 155 NW 3rd Street in the heart of downtown Miami. The new courthouse was constructed to replace the old distained juvenile courthouse about 5 miles west. MCCH covers a total of 375,000sqft housing (18) courtrooms, judicial chambers, court administration, clerks, prosecutors, defense attorneys, police and correction officers.

SCS was contracted by Johnson Controls to provide and install the building’s entire IT cabling infrastructure. The scope included cabling for all Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, IP Cameras, Access Control & Audio Visual. Complete Telecommunication room build-outs, intra-building copper/fiber back-bone cabling, testing, labeling and certification for all cables installed. The total solution was backed by a manufacture 25yr warranty.

Miami Design District (MDD)

MDD a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture and one of a kind dining experiences. The District is located at 3841 NE 2nd Ave, covers nearly (7) city blocks and continues to grow. In early 2015 the District completed Phase #1 & #2 of construction which includes (5) new buildings: Palm Court, JBL, OP-110, OP-120 & City View Garage. The District is currently still undergoing construction now moving into Phase #3 & #4 which will add Paradise Plaza, Museum Garage, Buick building and many more cutting-edge architectural building designs.

SCS together with it’s partners, was contracted by Thunder Electric to provide, install and help finalize the design for the District’s entire Turn-Key Network Infrastructure. The scope included 2 deployment phases:

SCS’s Core Capabilities: Phase 1 – Provide and install infrastructure for all Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, IP Cameras & Access Control systems. Complete Telecommunication room build-outs, intra & inter-building copper/fiber back-bone cabling, testing, labeling and certification for all cables installed. The total solution was backed by a manufacture 25yr warranty.

SCS’s Partnership Power: Phase 2 – Provide, install, program & configure the Districts entire Network Infrastructure for which ALL systems would communicate and transfer data on. The scope included the complete deployment of Cisco 6509 Core switch, Cisco 3700 series network switches, Cisco VoIP system, Cisco Wireless Access Point system & UPS units to support all active network equipment. Additionally to the scope SCS & it’s partner was faced with the task of integrating the Districts network with all other sub system providers onsite. The daunting task was executed flawlessly through proper coordination and system understanding.

Brickell City Center (BCC)

Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion development that will occupy (9.1) acres along South Miami Avenue between 6th and 8th Street in downtown Miami. It is the single largest project currently underway in downtown Miami. The project consists of (2) residential towers, (2) mid-rise office towers and a 263-room hotel. In addition, the mixed-use development will include a 500,000 sq-ft of retail shopping, entertainment & restaurant space for a grand total of 5.4 million sq-ft. BCC has a total of (3) two-level underground parking garages spanning (7) acres below the property for a total of (2,600) parking spaces.

Through Americaribe and John Moriarty & Associates of Florida, SCS was referred to and contracted by Park Assist Systems to install a Turn-Key parking system for the project’s (7) acre/(2,600) space parking garage. The system provides guests & residents with a revolutionary approach to parking guidance. The system is designed to maximize revenue and help minimize costs while treating parkers to advanced levels of convenience, assurance and satisfaction.

The scope includes the installation of cable tracks, cat6 & power cabling to designated devices; mounting, terminating, focusing; testing of all sensor cameras; mounting and terminating all head-end system panels; installation of system signage, kiosks & fiber network integration.

American Express Corporate Campus (AMEX)

American Express Corporate Campus will be American Express's new regional Headquarters located in Sunrise FL. The project consists of (2) glass sided buildings (North & South) spanning 400,000 sq-ft. The new HQ will provide new offices for most of the company’s 3,000 employees from Plantation, Weston & Miramar. Upon completion the building will qualify for LEED certification.

SCS was contracted by SIEMENS Building Technologies to provide and install the building’s entire IT cabling infrastructure & installation of the building entire SIEMENS provided security IP camera and Access Control System. The scope includes cabling for all Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, IP Cameras, Access Control & Audio Visual systems. Complete Telecommunication room build-outs, intra & inter-building copper/fiber back-bone cabling, testing, labeling and certification for all cables installed. The total solution will be backed by a manufacture 25yr warranty
