Goals:• optimal conditions for innovation and business• increased transparency and administrative efficiency
Hurdles:
• Incoherent developments across the EU• PSBs too slow in embracing the concept of open data
Approach:
• ensure the best legal framework in favour of data re-use• coordinate measures undertaken at Member State and
EU level
