1. Dashboard Gives you quick access to the following • Flowchart• Permit Overview• Permit Triggers (i.e. Do I need this permit?)• Agency websites and contact information• Regulations, laws, policies, etc.• References (e.g. MOUs, Agency Instruction
Memorandums, Permitting guides)
available on OpenEI;updateable
2. Flowcharts • Divided into sections based on project development subjects (e.g. siting, exploration, drilling, construction)
• Developed at 3 levels – general, federal, and state levels
• Designed in a linear manner to walk user through all portions of project permitting via questions asked
available on OpenEI;contact RAPID team for updates
3. Narratives • Describe and provide more detailed information and links for each of the flowcharts
• Provide a general overview of each flowchart, as well as detailed descriptions of each step in the process
