DEVELOPMENT OF QS 1994-1995 - Implementation of QS had started
1997 01 10 - Accreditation of LA to LST EN 45001 for calibration
1999 12 28 - Accreditation of LA to LST EN 45001 for testing
2002 03 28 - Evaluation of QS according to LST EN ISO/IEC 17025 and confirmation of conformity
Every year - QS of Lab was under surveillance of LA and quite frequent evaluation of foreign experts
Recently - Certificates No. LA.02.004 and No. LA.01.036 are valid for calibration for testing respectively

QS LIFE: INTERNAL AUDITS
Audits - according to a yearly planning by the trained laboratory auditors (dr. J.Tonkonogij – D, dr. V. Ilgarubis - B, dr. N. Pedišius – C, habil. dr. A. Pedišius – A)
Audits cover the entire QS. Each item is audited at least once a year and documented. Vertical audits and audits of calibration are also performed
Matrix of responsibilities is used as the base for the audits performance:
Quality manager
Scope of responsibility - A
Deputy of Quality manager - Scope of responsibility - B
Technical manager – Testing - Scope of responsibility - C
Technical manager – Calibration - Scope of
responsibility - D
Average number of improvement possibilities found during the internal audits per year - 12
