    Strategic objectives:

    Serve as an advocacy platform tomobilize and engage African scientists, leaders,partners and the community at large to target thezero objective.

    Provide a forum for exchange of knowledge, skillsand consolidation of experiences and bestpractices in Africa and around the globe to scaleup evidence-based response to HIV/AIDS/STIs, TBand malaria, to achieve the health MDGs goal,especially the three zeros' vision ofUNAIDS.

    accountable political and national leaders, the

    scientific community, practitioners, communities,

    civil societies, the private sector and partners to

    scale-up and sustain the response HIV & AIDS, TB

    Content of the Programme

    1) Pre conference events Various stakeholders, by submission to the Programme

    Inauguration of the conference: cultural performances, speeches.

    Reflects all components of the conference
