What is the Interactive Services Programme?• The Nokia IP Multimedia Subsystem uses SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) to establish IP

connections between terminals. The IP connection can then be used to carry any IP traffic, for example interactive game sessions or push to talk communication.

• The program is aimed at increasing developer community skill-set in the arena of SIP applications and development

• In return, Nokia believes that Developers will produce attractive suite of applications that can be bundled with sale of terminals with SIP clients.

• In Singapore, M1 has been selected as the operator partner for the IMS Project

• Nokia and M1 is providing Forum Nokia PRO developers a unique opportunity to build IMS applications by providing funding for the developer’s selected for the Programme.

• Developers can find more details about IMS technology at the following url, http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,8764,43036,00.html

• Sample IMS application would be a multiplayer RPG game where users can use PoC to speak to each other while playing the game.
