Peace and blessings!My dear parents and teachers, once again I am Mr. Lamberto’ Michael’ Gulapa or best known as Tipo Mike the modern dance Guru. Seeking your support in this coming PTA election to represent you all as your ‘voice’ in this noble council. I will promise nothing but myself to be your representative because I believed this is our journey. The journey that will bridge along the relation between parents and teachers. I have been around this school for about ten years and I am also a member of the serving parents for five years. As a housewife, serving the school has become a part of my daily routine.

My Statement:

Parents and family are a student’s first and most important teachers. To encourage our child’s learning and success in school, we have to facilitate good communication by being available and flexible, by listening with an open mind and by being sensitive with controversial issues. Parents who are available to their children by giving time and attention are seen by their child as being actively involved in their life. Our patience, tolerance and honesty are powerful examples for students.

My Statement:

Same as most parents, I hope I could give my children the best learning environment. I am a self-employed artist and have flexible working hour. I am prepared to contribute my time for the Parent Teacher Association.

Last year I observed the school’s drinking machines were unhygienic. After much negotiation with the school authority and the Education Bureau, new drinking machines were installed.

By taking part in the Parent Teacher Association I believe I could do more for the school and the students.

I am Elvie. I have three sons. My eldest, Luis just graduated here last year. My other two sons are still studying here. I have been with the Executive Committee for the past five years and this is my second year with the School Management Committee.
