Claudia, our new Customer Relationship in IMTC was born in New Jersey, USA and lives in Guatemala since she was 17 years old. She had the opportunity to work in the textile industry for more than 10 years as product specialist and work for Osh-Kosh, Calvin Klein, Levi’s, Disney and other brands. She is Professional Translator in both English and Spanish, and she has also worked assist-ing lawyers and notaries. Her first experience in customer service was with Mastercard, Hertz and UPS, jobs that helped her to under-stand that the customer is the most important asset in any company.

Jasveen is our South Asia Market Research specialist and is providing IMTC with a person in the region to support our efforts of expand-ing the reach of our company and contacting all our colleagues to invite them to take part in our events and increase our network base in a region that is very important for the Inter-national Money Transfer & Payments Industry. Jasveen has experience in customer service, sales, social media, marketing and she is a highly motivated entrepreneur. Paulina Randmets, is IMTC’s Business Develop-ment Coordinator since 2015 and the person in charge of the IMTC Team. Native from Guate-mala, with a Swedish father and a Guatemalan mother she has lived in both countries and has managed to leverage the cultural differences to her advantages in her professional career. She graduated as an Industrial Engineer then obtained a Master in Marketing and a Diploma in Digital Marketing in Guatemala. She worked for more than 10 years in Customer Service and Project Management in different Industries. Some of the Companies she worked for include Avon, Old Navy, GAP, AC Nielsen and Target.

Glenda was born in Denver, Colorado and has lived in Colombia, Mexico and now resides in Miami, Fl. She earned her BA from California Christian University in Psychology and The-ology. Glenda is the Vice President in PRINT XPRESSIONS, a promotional products printing company based in Miami, FL and assists a num-ber of corporate events, like the IMTC, with its marketing and promotional needs. Now Glenda is IMTC’s Marketing Coordinator where she is assisting all sponsors & exhibitors to chose between the many opportunities IMTC offers taking care of their promotional objec-tives.

Ana is ITMC´S new Art and Design Coordina-tor. She was Born in Guatemala and has been in the Design Business since 2000. She got her Degree at Rafael Landivar University where she was part of the Faculty and a Graphic Design Professor for 16 years. Currently she is getting a Master on Values at Itsmo University.Ana is an art lover, she´s been teaching Art for Preeschoolers since 2010.

ANA GARCÍA

Hugo Cuevas-Mohr is President and CEO of Mohr World Consulting, a consultancy based in Miami, Florida and the Director of IMTC. Hugo, a native of Guatemala, raised in Co-lombia and living in the USA for more than 20 years, has been part of the money trans-fer industry for more than 25 years. He built one of the largest money transfer companies in Latin America which he sold in 2007. He also worked with several Money Transfer Companies in the US as well as developing numerous conferences, seminars & courses since 1987 previous to his involvement in the development of IMTC conferences in 2010. Hugo has a M.S. from Auburn University and a Development Diploma from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
