STATEMENT

Telliformer Smart Grid Soluons (TSGS) is a soluon based provider that develops

hardware and soware along with providing consulng services and renewable project

management and funding to the ulity industry. TSGS is commied to delivering real

sustainable soluons. TSGS advanced intelligent system delivers real me alerts and

aconable informaon regarding crical issues. Telliformer, considered a disrupve

technology leader, reduces the major issues plaguing the ulity industry - an increasing

demand in electricity usage and an aging infrastructure magnified by a chronic lack of

capital investments. Ulies now face significant problems of decreased grid reliability

and efficiency coming mainly from increased outages, power the and decreased

system performance.

Telliformer has replicated some of the technological successes seized in other indus-

tries and advanced the sensory technology providing distribuon network visibility. Its

technology changes the dynamics of ulity operaons allowing cost recovery and

increased performance where it was an impossibility. Through the development of low

cost highly advanced sensors, Telliformer can now provide state of the art condion

based monitoring and diagnoscs from the substaon to the industrial, commercial

and residenal meter. Quality conscious and risk adverse, the Telliformer products have

been through a series of modificaons and real world pilot test programs to emerge

into a strategic soluon for the ulity industry.

Our local alliance has generated a network of strategic partners and distributorships in

the United States, Middle East, South East Asia, India, and Africa. The inial pilots

served as a dual purpose: a tesng ground and product orientaon rollout. The pilots

assisted in refining our markeng strategy as well as provide our first round of custom -

ers. Through our pilots we have improved our ability to adapt to our customer needs.

HARDWARE

The UTMD is an advanced intelligent connected device designed for pole and pad

mount transformers that when installed provide real me alert and assessment on the

condion of the connected asset. It contains a proprietary embedded protocol for real

me monitoring that allow the user to define or change thresholds remotely for

current, voltage, temperature etc in addion it comes with outage noficaon.

UNATTENDED TRANSFORMERMONITORING & DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEM (UTMD)

The SGIMS is a 16 DI PLC, real-me idenficaon and noficaon system for yourswitchgear. Ingenious in its design, this is a mini SCADA system which provides the

versality of working alone or as part of your exisng SCADA as it connects seamlessly

to your main switchgear and reports each switchgears on or off posion. The SGIMS

is a low cost system with instant payback with an intricate network of highly sophis-

cated firmware configuraons that allows remote access to the device for upgrades

and onboard alert change.

SWITCH GEAR INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM (SGIMS)

The device address specific customer issues (e.g. power quality, resiliency, damage

and effecve incident response). Address regulatory and/or legislave mandates

(distributed generaon integraon, renewables integraon, etc.) Minimize infrastruc-

ture re-work Opmize capital expenditures. The SDIMS soluon allows for constant

opmizaon, as well as the ability to cancel or change a project element that is not

The electric meter can support various creding methods: collecng and adding funds

with a user-friendly keypad on the meter main cover (configured with RS485 or RS232

supporng remote creding funcon) or local creding via opcal port with PC or

property, high over load protecon, low power consumpon, and addional funcons

such as an-tamper, prepayment, load control, profile, etc., - thereby protecng the

informaon to the proper sources in order to stabilize and/or immediately recover.

MARKETADVANTAGES

The ulity industry on an average records losses of 15 to 30%. These losses can go from

asset performance inefficiencies to pilferage, heavy inefficiencies result in increasedmaintenance and an over burdened system. The ulity industry because of a lack of

soluons to combat this issue has resorted to underwring this cost as a cost of doing

business. Telliformer advanced intelligent device provides the ulity industry with a
