How To Request Access

• Send email to connexxus@ucsf.edu

Provide Name and UCSF ID Number

• You will use MyAccess Account to access connexxus

so you need MyAccess id and password

• Allow 24 hours

• Connexxus is capable of managing unused non-refundable tickets and post unused ticket information in the traveler profile to consider being applied for future travel needs

• Complimentary room upgrades when available with Connexxus preferred hotels

• Late check-out (4pm) at Starwood Hotels for Connexxus users

• Can I use Connexxus to book personal travel?– Booking personal travel using Connexxus is

allowed; however, keep in mind that Connexxus was designed for business use with built-in policy compliance edits. Insurance coverage is not provided for personal trips.
