how to design the RFC Editor function and its interactions.• The framework is vetted this week• talk to him• Drafts (e.g. RFC5620 modification, Job

• Murray Kucherawy appointed as liaison to the Open Mobile Alliance– Dean Willis is acknowledged for managing

the liaison relation since 2004• IEEE 802.23 liaison established and
