– The transition is on track– Glenn Kowack has defined a framework for
how to design the RFC Editor function and its interactions.• The framework is vetted this week• talk to him• Drafts (e.g. RFC5620 modification, Job
Description, and hiring process) will be developed and published between now and review in September

• Nothing to report on, although there is a constant informal information flow

f) External Liaison
• Murray Kucherawy appointed as liaison to the Open Mobile Alliance– Dean Willis is acknowledged for managing
the liaison relation since 2004• IEEE 802.23 liaison established and
Richard Barnes appointed as the liaison manager
