Course Objective
To offer a general account of Taiwan's political development and democratization.

Assessment
Mid-term exam 35 % Presentation 40 % (max. of 5 students in each group)
Attendance 25 % For each absence, one point will be deducted from t
he final mark as penalty.
6 week of absence will lead to an immediate fail with a final mark of 0.
