China Glamour Invitations: • The Goldfish is considered as “Baby Dragon ” in Chinese culture. • Red and yellow are two of the most popular holiday colors in Asian culture. Overall event description: Main color theme: Chinese red, yellow. Table lines are all back (Black is the new black) Decors: Chinese Lanterns hand on the ceiling. They uphold centuries old traditions and symbolize both China’ past and emerging future. The goldfish is a symbol for wealth. Poney stands for wealthy and honorable. Lotus is as a symbol of harmony. Ceiling projection is utilized to decorate the room during cocktail hours, giving people the feeling of walking in the backyard. Patterned (The Chinese pattern lucky cloud sky) amber ceiling wash technology is utilized in this section as well. At dinner, Red LED lightings wash the walls creating a real loyal scene while matching with the red Chinese lantern dripping with silver crystals. Gold-pin-spot lightings spot that table centerpiece. Servers wear Chinese lantern earrings matching with the décor and the uniforms are designed by Vivienne tam. Centerpiece, crystal candelabras festooned with red poney match the black-espresso crinkled taffeta table linens; the program/ menu is printed on the Chinese Fans-shape paper. **Goldfish: goldfish is considered very lucky symbol, because it is the baby dragons in Feng Shui. Gold fish is the symbol of wealth and prosperity.

The Greeting Area. Highlight will be the Luxury car display Rolls Royce designed this special edition for China in 2012. Rolls Royce is one of the clients so they agreed to borrow us this luxury car during this event. Guests will have the opportunity to ride this car by the end of the event. The hosipitality suite inspired by Salon de Ning, a bar in The Peninsula Manila. Ning is a fictitious madam and socialite of 1930s Shanghai, nicknamed then as the Paris of the East. She is the muse for the glamor and decadence in this hotel lounge’s interiors, where eastern art decor meets west.

Cocktail Hours: The goldfish is a symbol for wealth. Poney stands for wealthy and honorable. Lotus is as symbol of the harmony. Ceiling projection is utilized to decorate the room during cocktail hour, giving people the feel of walking in the backyard. Light blue lightings bath the walls at guest seating areas with the magic carpet projection. They will be walking on the interactive floor to the dinner room. Patterned (The Chinese pattern lucky cloud sky) amber ceiling wash technology is utilized in this section as well. Reception: Room overview

Doing business in China, “Yin & Yang” is one of the critical elements we cannot miss. The overall room design is inspired the images below (Left and Right: The street view during holiday in China). We will be using long rectangle tables as the lifeline to connect with the center stage, where the annual presentation and celebration speech will be. We will place the cheery hanging with multiple Chinese lanterns by the end of the each line hanging with multiple Chinese lanterns. Totally, there are 8 lines connecting to the main stage. Each line can seat 14 people.

Gift bags: Everyone will receive an exclusive gift bag from the event, which two of the items, The notebook and gold bar collection are only designed for 2013 Chinese New Year. • The jade eyeroller has been used for centuries by Chinese emperors and empresses. • Moleskine’s “year of the snake” notebook series — developed in collaboration with Shanghai Tang — includes a hardcover journal and three softback notebooks. • Traditional Chinese paper-cuts, Hong Kong-based jeweler Chow Sang Sang recently released its “year of the snake” gold bar collection
