ARE WE SO BUSY CHANGING DIAPERS, WE FORGET WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE
CHANGING LIVES?
Why do we do what we do and do we do what we do for the right reason?
ARE WE SO BUSY
CHANGING
DIAPERS, WE
FORGET WE ARE
SUPPOSED TO BE
CHANGING
LIVES?

Use our lives to change the
lives of others for the better.
Child care is all about building relationshipsRelationships with the parents
Relationships with the children
Leading families to a relationship with Jesus Christ.
So the true purpose of child care in the ministry is
Build Relationshipsso that you can
Use your life to change the lives of others for the better.
Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
You can’t use your life to help change someone’s life for the better if you don’t have a relationship with them first.
Let’s look at a few times in our day, as child care workers who are
trying to build relationships, when it would be helpful to have
an ALARM CLOCK RINGING!
We need to be REMINDED that our goal is not just to get through the day with the kids in one piece!
Our goal is to change lives! Don’t be so busy changing diapers that you forget
you’re supposed to be changing lives.
They may be a large group of children, but Remember, they are just a bunch of
INDIVIDUAL KIDS in a large group!!
Mark 4:35:…And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. Mark 4:36: And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship.
Bobbi-Jowe always loved you. You always kept everything in order and made sure everything worked out for the best.:))
LisaYou guys really made it easy for our family to work with a peace of mind knowing our daughter, was not only well cared for but she also loved going there and still has many great memories from that time in her life. Thank you
Brandon:I miss you guys!! You both were like my other parents!!!
Another way that we can use our lives to change the lives of others for the better is with each other.
What kind of co-worker are you?Are you a reliable worker?
Are you kind? Are you encouraging?
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they
watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do
it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
~Do your job as unto the Lord!~ Return the children to their parents in one piece ~ work hard ~ be on time ~ do all you know your suppose to do
ButListen to the alarm clock and Don’t get so busy changing the
diapers that you forget you are supposed to be changing lives.
Build relationships so you can….
Use your life to change the
lives of others for the better.
