Canoe expedition through the rocky canyon of river Douro, known as the Douro Cliffs (Arribas do Douro). Part of the International River Douro Natural Park, by far the most stunning region of Portugal.

Target: families, groups of friends, active tourists

Description: Experience the wild nature of the International Douro Natural Park with numerous sightings of griffins, vultures, eagles and black storks, rare and endangered species. Concerning flora, is possible to see wild groves of European Nettle Trees, Holly Oaks, Common Junipers and also old traditional Olive Trees groves.The cliffs capital in Portugal provides participants a unique journey in one of the most important rocky river canyons in the world . Practice an healthy, nice and clean sport.The descent is entirely made in the international zone of the river, where the right riverbank is Portuguese and the left riverbank is Spanish.The program includes cultural visits to the Mirandese donkeys, traditional cuisine (Mirandese beef steak) and a performance of the Pauliteiros (a traditional warriors dance).The expedition takes an average of 14 to 18 Km per day. During the route, participants are accompanied by accredited monitors. Moves from Miranda do Douro to Freixo de Espada à Cinta and has 5 sectors, always with standing water due to 4 dams that exist during the course.

Canoe expedition, in the further north river of Portugal, between two beautiful border towns: Valencia and Melgaço. This is a thrilling expedition, due to the surrounding beauty of the river and the excitement of the rapids in the first two days.

Target: families, groups of friends, active tourists

Description: Canoe expedition in the International river Minho, where the left riverbank is Portuguese and the right riverbank is Spanish. River Minho is restless and full of emotion. The first two days have countless rapids and different water levels and in the last two days we take advantage of the calmer sectors of the river to admire the outstanding and unusual beauty of the riverbanks and the monuments built along the river, like the medieval castles of Melgaço, Lapela and Castro Laboreiro and the fortresses of Monção and Valença, as well as Romanesque and Baroque churches, the Manor house ''Alvarinho'', where participants will taste the nectar of the gods and the Rural Museum of Castro Laboreiro.The expedition ends in Valença, a town inside a 17th century fortress, one of the jewels of the Portuguese military architecture.It takes an average of 8 to 22 Km per day. During the route, participants are accompanied by accredited monitors. This expedition has 4 sectors, one of them is a white water rafting sector.The program includes cultural visits to Castro Laboreiro, where the Castro culture is still very present, a close contact with the local cuisine (roasted veal or young goat with chestnuts) and the ''Alvarinho'' tasting, the best ''vinho verde'' in Portugal.

Canoe expedition in the longest river of the Iberian Peninsula. Takes place in the easterly sector of Portugal between Vila Velha de Ródão and the Castle of Almourol. A stunning expedition through the breathtaking beauty of the natural surroundings of the river and the rich heritage of the villages and towns along its banks.

Target: families, friends groups, active tourists

Description: Canoe expedition in river Tejo from Vila Velha do Ródão to Almourol. The expedition will be held in standing water due to the effect of the dams. The activity starts in Vila Velha do Ródão where participants can contemplate the rocky canyon known as ''Portas do Ródão'' (Quartzitic crest). Here is possible to see griffins and admire important geological events which are the main reason for this place to be classified as a Natural Monument - Naturtejo Geopark. It ends in the Castle of Almourol, a medieval castle with an important characteristic, it is considered the only iberian castle to be built on an island in the middle of the river.During the journey, participants will have the opportunity to see the Medieval Tower of King Wamba, the Templar Castle of Belver, stunning riverside towns as Abrantes, Constância (Land of Luís de Camões - most important writer to the Portuguese literature) and Tancos. The program includes cultural visits to Vila Velha do Ródão and a close contact with the local cuisine (Portuguese crumbs - ''migas'' with river fish roes). Participants will overnight in campsites or places along the river. Emphasis on the River Beach of Alamal (Blue flag - the most important reward concerning quality, in Portugal).

Come meet the best canyonings of Portugal. Discover clear water rivers in the most beautiful Portuguese mountains, places where no one else goes.

Description: The Centre of Portugal is the region with the best canyonings - come meet them with us.The 1st day of this program is dedicated to specific technical training on ropes, in order to determine the knowledge and experience of the participants. The first canyoning is in Ribeira da Pena, a section that doesn't require much technique and has many jumps to the water up to 7 meters. It is an affordable approach to start the program. The following days, it continues in the rivers Lordelo and Teixeira, which are gradually more technical and have higher jumps, always with astonishing natural surroundings.The last two canyonings are in river Frades, one of the best portuguese rivers for those who practice canyoning. In river Frades, participants find the biggest waterfall of Portugal, with about 70 meters.

Program composed of 4 canyoning courses in the centre of Portugal. This is a 4 day activity with hotel or rural tourism accommodation. Program for groups of 6 to 10 participants with guide.

Daily routes of 7 to 16 km that link the 9 Schist Villages of the region. The routes are guided, so participants will have the advantage of acquiring all the details about the mountain culture and the traditional activities related with grazing cattle, the crops of corn and rye, the importance of the chestnut, the wooden ovens and the mills, used to produce typical bread, among others. At the end of the program, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make goat cheese and the typical bread of corn and rye -''broa''- in one of the Schist Villages Aigra Nova.

Come meet with us the most spectacular mountains of Portugal: Buçaco, Lousã, Açor and Estrela (the highest mountain of mainland Portugal), off road, by traditional paths, passing through the most amazing traditional villages, with an heritage and traditions that are unique.

Target: families, friends groups, active tourists

Description: Have you wondered about knowing the best and biggest mountains of Portugal, on a journey by jeep, completely off road?This is our proposal with this program. Includes accommodation in traditional hotels and cottages, meals, guide and jeep (4 people per jeep). In Serra do Buçaco participants will visit its highest point -Cruz Alta- and the Museum of the Mill in Penacova. In Serra da Lousã, we will take you to the best Schist Villages and to some breathtaking natural places of Natura 2000, passing through the highest point of the mountain, with 1200 meters, a place with stunning views over half of the country. The program continues to Serra do Açor and its wonders, such as Fraga da Pena (the biggest waterfall of the region) and Mata da Margaraça (nature reserve). Once again participants will pass in the highest point of the mountain, 1400 meters, and visit Piódão, an historical village known as ''the Land of the end of the world''. Finally, we will pass in the most interesting places of Serra da Estrela until we get to the top of the mountain, with 2000 meters. Participants will also have the chance to see Glacier Valley of Zêzere (one of the biggest in Europe) and some other natural wonders of this mountain which is a Nature Park. Concerning the typical cuisine, participants will have the chance to taste the delicacies of the region, like ''Leitão à Bairrada”, “Chanfana”, grilled pork, among others. The program ends with a stately lunch at the Bread Museum in Seia.

Guided hiking expedition in the region of Arouca and Serra da Freita, the place with the biggest Trilobites (marine fossils with over 450 million years) and the extremely rare ''pedras parideiras'' (stones that give birth to other stones).

Description Guided hiking expedition with some of the best Portuguese guides in the North region of Portugal, the most important geological region in our country Daily routes of 10 to 15 km. Concerning the geological theme, participants will pass by the Marine Fossils Interpretation Centre (place where the biggest Trilobites in the world were found) and the House of '‘pedras parideiras'' (an extremely rare phenomenon, where rocks give birth to smaller rocks).This region is also very rich not only in natural heritage, emphasis to the amazing waterfall of ''Frecha da Mizarela'' (the largest in the country with over 70 meters) and the rivers Frades, Caima, Paivô and Paiva, but also in architectural heritage, with the typical mountainous villages of Castanheira, Albergaria, Tebilhão, Rio de Frades, Drave, Regoufe and Covelo de Paivô. Villages where the rural life and traditions are still very much alive, with their yokes of oxen, the vineyards of ''vinho verde'' , the threshing floors, traditional granaries and communitarian ovens. Also stunning are the old tungsten mines from the time of 2nd World War in Rio de Frades. Participants will also have the chance to taste the ''arouquesa'' veal, an autochthonous species, and the mountainous young goat.

Come to discover, by bicycle, the Vicentina Route in the Natural Park of Alentejo's Southwest, between Praia de São Torpes and Lagos.

Target: friends groups and active tourists

Description This is an extraordinary expedition, which passes through astonishing places along the Alentejo's coastline (Praia de São Torpes, Traditional Village of Porto Covo, Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, Cabo Sardão, Zambujeira do Mar, Odeceixe, Aljezur, Bordeira-Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Cabo de São Vicente, Sagres, Salema, Burgau and Luz). The highlights of the route are undoubtedly Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, Zambujeira do Mar, Cabo de São Vicente (the most southwestern point in Europe - the old Roman ''Promontorium Sacrum'', dedicated to the god Saturn) and the Fortress of Sagres. The expedition ends in the city of Lagos, the exit point for the Portuguese Ships, during the Discoveries period in the 15th century. 5 days program.

Includes: The program includes the services of two guides (a guide with bicycle and other with a support vehicle), and meals (breakfast, packed lunch -buffet style- and dinner, either in restaurants or campsites.
