Vendor Information• A unique vendor ID is assigned to each company you do regular

business to track and report on. A pre-defined miscellaneous vendor ID is given to parties with whom you don’t do regular business.

Maintain A Bid Matrix• Adroit ERP provides a bid matrix tool for entering and maintaining

bids from vendors for purchased items. After you enter a bid matrix for an item, the system will use the pricing information from this source on quotes, purchase orders and planned purchase orders.

Procurement Management• Adroit ERP supports different types of purchase order lines:

purchases of inventory materials, purchases against a specific work order and expenses to be charged directly to a General Ledger expense account

Generate Purchase Orders from Planned Orders• Adroit ERP allows you to select MRP planned purchase orders and

convert them to released purchase orders in a single operation, with no re-keying of data. You can select planned purchase order records by vendor, item, product family, and/or buyer.

Inspection• The Adroit ERP purchasing functionality provides a one-step

process for recording receipts against purchase orders, creating receiver records to be processed by accounts payable. A useful report available in Adroit ERP lists all the items flagged for inspection that have been received but have not yet been inspected. After inspection we can have a detailed report.

Production Planning and Scheduling• A work center consists of machines, labor personnel, or a

Using Adroit ERP, you may maintain costs for each work center, define the work center's capacity and utilization, set it for finite or for infinite loading, and enter other work center specific data.
