- Urge Congress to maintain oversight…testify when requested
- Champion for adequate funding

- Defense Commissary Agency Construction Funding
- Disabled Veterans Access to Commissary and Exchange
- Expanded Use of Commissary Surcharge (to offset Cost of Offsite Sales)
- Extends Moratorium on store level A-76 an additional 5 years
- Study sale of wine and beer in commissary
- Allow use of appropriated funds to pay post allowances (Exchange Impact)
- Support repeal of provisions of the TIPRA 2005 requiring a 3% withhold on all government payments to contractors
