Cara menggunakannya adalah seperti berikut:

(1) The jar at the bottom of the hookah is filled with

tobacco, which minimizes inhalation of coal ash with the smoke. This may also reduce the temperature the tobacco is exposed to, in order to prevent burning the tobacco directly.

(3) Ignite quick-lighting charcoals and let the

charcoal continue to spark and blow it until it is red hot and place on top of foil covered bowl. A windguard or windscreen can be used to prevent the wind from blowing hot charcoal or ash or to prevent a hot charcoal from burning the floor.

(4) When one inhales through the hose, air is

pulled through the charcoal and into the bowl holding the tobacco. The hot air, heated by the charcoal vaporizes (not burns) the tobacco, thus producing smoke, which is passed down through the body tube that extends into the water in the jar. It bubbles up through the water, losing heat, and fills the top part of the jar, to which the hose is attached. When a smoker inhales from the hose, smoke passes into the lungs, and the change in pressure in the jar pulls more air through the charcoal, continuing the process.

(5) If the hookah has been lit and smoked but has

not been inhaled for an extended period, the smoke inside the water jar may be regarded as "stale" and undesirable. Stale smoke may be exhausted through the purge valve, if present. This one-way valve is opened by the positive pressure created from gently blowing into the hose. It will not function on a multiple-hose hookah unless all other hoses are plugged. Sometimes one-way valves are put in the hose sockets to avoid the need to manually plug hoses.

         Barangan merupakan sejenis penyambung bagi menghubungkan fiber optic cable dari

Kegunaan barangan menurut pemohon adalah die yang digunakan untuk memotong kertas atau plastik bagi membentuk kotak untuk kegunaan industri elektronik dan pembungkusan. Die ini akan dipasang pada die cutting machine. Barangan merupakan steel strip yang dipasang (mounted) di atas wooden board. Bahagian steel strip yang tajam merupakan sejenis blade bertujuan untuk cutting sementara steel strip yang tumpul adalah untuk membuat lekukan (creasing)pada permukaan kertas/kotak/plastik. Keterangan : Barangan berbentuk empat segi tepat berukuran 33.5 cm (panjang) x 19.5 cm (lebar) x 1.7 cm (tebal). Barangan diperbuat daripada compressed wooden board yang dilengkapi (embedded) dengan beberapa keping steel plate yang disusun dalam bentuk segi empat. Di bahagian dalam segi empat ini terdapat dua plate yang disusun selari dengan jarak antara 5.3cm antara satu sama lain dan 1.5cm daripada plate luar dan dua lagi plate berukuran 8.5cm dipasang dalam keadaan melintang.

Sebahagian steel plate iaitu berukuran lebih kurang 4 mm menonjol dari permukaan compressed wooden board dan selebihnya terletak (embedded) dalam wooden board. iv. Berdasarkan para 5.3.1 dan 5.3.3 barangan boleh diperjeniskan di bawah heading 82.08 atau heading 84.41 bergantung kepada mana satu yang memberikan essential character kepada barangan tersebut. Walaubagaimanapun, essential character tidak dapat ditentukan kerana kedua-duanya mempunyai fungsi yang tersendiri. Keterangan : Barangan terdiri daripada jaluran steel strip yang dipasang (mounted) di atas wooden base berbentuk empat segi berukuran 28cm x 27cm x 1.9 cm. Sebahagian daripada steel strip ini telah ditajamkan di bahagian atasnya dan sebahagian lagi merupakan steel strip yang tumpul.

Mengikut pemohon, barangan ini diperbuat daripada cutting rule yang dipotong atau dibengkokkan mengikut bentuk yang di kehendaki pelanggan, dan seterusnya mounted and fixed di atas wooden flat base. Ejection rubber akan dilekatkan dikedua-dua belah cutting rules.

Barangan ini digunakan khas untuk die cutting machine bagi memotong/ crease / embossed to the shape and size of the paper, paperboard or plastic sheet mengikut bentuk dan corak yang telah ditetapkan. Bahagian steel strip yang tajam adalah blade yang digunakan untuk cutting sementara steel strip yang tumpul adalah sebagai die. Kegunaan blade adalah untuk memotong kertas mengikut corak yang ditetapkan dan die pula adalah untuk membentuk crease di atas kertas tersebut. Barangan ini adalah non serviceable, non reusable and non repairable. Mesyuarat Panel Penetapan Penjenisan memutuskan barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan mengikut GIR 1 di bawah kod tarif 8441.90 900 sebagai parts of machine for making up paper or paperboard berdasarkan alasan-alasan berikut :

i. Barangan merupakan gabungan steel strip yang tajam dan tumpul serta

telah dipasang (mounted) di atas wooden base.

ii. Steel strip yang ditajamkan merupakan sejenis blade untuk kegunaan memotong sementara yang tumpul adalah sebagai die untuk membuat creasing. 

iii. Barangan ini digunakan untuk memotong kertas mengikut bentuk atau corak yang telah ditetapkan.

iv. Oleh kerana barangan ini digunakan untuk paper cutting machine, ia
