THE FINALLY APPROVED PLAT SHALL SHOW ALL EASEMENTS AND SHALL INCLUDE A STATEMENT THE FINALLY APPROVED PLAT SHALL SHOW ALL EASEMENTS AND SHALL INCLUDE A STATEMENT STIPULATING RESTRICTIONS OF SAID EASEMENTS.
