This will confirm my telephone conversation today with Toni Baskins in your office regarding the above referenced EEOC Charge. The following is a synopsis of this
telephone call:
Ms. Baskins acknowledged that the present status of this matter: (i) That the
Birmingham District Office is in possession of my EEOC Charge; and (ii) That
that my EEOC Charge is presently on your desk awaiting review by you.
I shared with Ms. Baskins concerns of my EEOC Charge just sitting on your desk for review regarding a “SIMPLE” issue – i.e. whether or not the EEOC
Charge was timely filed (which it WAS in accordance with the statutes/laws governing EEOC filings)!
Ms. Baskins was also provided with the following additional information:
(a) That I went to file my EEOC Charge (in the Jackson, Mississippi Office) in the time allowed under the statutes;
however, was advised at the time of wanting to file my charge (which was on 02/09/15) that the EEOC’s system for
filing charges was down and that I would have to return.

(b) I advised Ms. Baskins of my concerns at the time of filing
my Charge that the EEOC’s system was COINCIDENTALLY down – i.e. OBSTRUCTING my ability to file an EEOC
Charge. I shared that the EEOC representative asked me to come back another day; however, I did NOT leave WITHOUT
getting my EEOC Questionnaire document “DATE STAMPED” to support my good-faith effort to file the EEOC
Charge. Ms. Baskins asked did I get my EEOC document
stamped? I advised her I DID and returned, as
REQUESTED by the EEOC Representative, and filed my EEOC Charge.
(c) I advised Ms. Baskins that the EEOC Representative
(Intake Clerk) advised me at the time of filing my EEOC Charge – due to the EEOC System for taking Charges – that
my filing was TIMELY and he was NOTING reasons for the filing date in the EEOC System.
(d) I shared with Ms. Baskins that upon receipt of the EEOC’s
Jackson Area Office Director’s (Wilma Jones-Scott) “DISMISSAL” of Charge alleging “UNTIMELY” filed, I
returned to the EEOC to get an explanation. AGAIN, the
EEOC Intake Clerk “CONFIRMED” TIMELY receipt of my EEOC Charge and the EEOC’s Computer System showing
his NOTES regarding my efforts to file the Charge and he deemed filing was timely.
Additional information that I shared with Ms. Baskins:
(a) In my Social Forum(s) I POSTED information regarding my going to file an EEOC Charge within the time allowed and POSTED
information about SEPTEMBER, 2014, because I know that the Administration (Obama Administration and its Legal Team – Baker
Donelson) visits to see what I post. Here are a few of the September 2014, documents posted:

In the SlideShare Forum, I posted a “NOTIFICATION” that in the time allowed under the laws that an EEOC Charge will be filed AGAINST First Heritage Credit. Upon the First Heritage Complaint being filed with the EEOC, the “Notification” was UPDATED with a
copy of the EEOC Charge/Complaint filed against First Heritage Credit.

This is another document that was posted in SlideShare in
September 2014, entitled, “FIRST HERITAGE CREDIT – WHAT IS A HOUSE NEGRO?” It features, First Heritage’s Account
Management Center’s Branch Manager (Vicky Clanton)!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: From my understanding, First Heritage Credit TERMINATED Vicky Clanton’s employment about
OCTOBER, 2014! A Branch Manager who advised me (Newsome) that she would be retiring with the company. . .!
NOT only that, that the WHITE Female (Diane Snow) and her sidekick (Montgomery - also WHITE) that I filed a
Grievance/Complaint (addressing discriminatory/racist practices at First Heritage) against was RETURNED to this Branch and
Snow given Clanton’s Office (perhaps position and title).
This is a copy of the 09/01/14 Fax to First Heritage Credit that was posted in SlideShare. In fact, on the last page of this
document, it states, “Just THINK, the July 2, 2014, Complaint/Grievance is MILD compared to what a FORMAL
Complaint will look like!” (See at Page 20)

SO as early as September 2014, First Heritage Credit as well as Baker Donelson
Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz (i.e. the Obama Administration) were TIMELY, PROPERLY and ADEQUATELY aware that I (Vogel Denise Newsome) will be filing an
EEOC Charge/Complaint AGAINST First Heritage Credit within the time allowed as
well as the NOTIFICATION of the filing of an EEOC Charge within the time allotted!

CONCERNS Of Criminal and Civil Violations By The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission!
From my understanding and research, it appears that Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz (“Baker Donelson”) is LEGAL counsel for United
States of America President Barack Obama. Therefore, Baker Donelson appears to be Legal Counsel to the United States Department of Labor – under which the Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission falls! Baker Donelson BOLDLY posts only a FEW of the Government positions they have ACCESS to and/or CONTROL on its
website!

YES, Baker Donelson is opposing counsel in the Newsome vs. Entergy matter – i.e. a matter that the EEOC in New Orleans handled. Baker Donelson is taking a
SHELLACKING in that lawsuit as well. In fact, such a SHELLACKING that it appears for purposes of obtaining an UNDUE/UNJUST advantage in that lawsuit, Baker
Donelson used its TIES/CONNECTIONS/CONTROL of the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch as well as Judicial Branch to have its Judges (G. Thomas Porteous
and Morey Sear) assigned the lawsuit and WITHHELD this information from me (Vogel
Denise Newsome). You may know, that G. Thomas Porteous was IMPEACHED for
taking Bribes, Kickbacks, etc. to THROW lawsuits! Please read the EEOC Complaint filed in this instant Charge for additional information!
So here comes Monday, February 9, 2015 (the 180th day) to file EEOC Charge; however, NOT the 300th day for ONGOING Discriminatory practices which is ALSO “CLAIMED” in the EEOC Charge/Complaint that was REFUSED by the EEOC on
February 9, 2015, alleging that the EEOC’s System for filing EEOC Charge(s) was
DOWN! It was a good thing that Newsome REQUESTED a “DATE STAMPED” EEOC
Questionnaire which EVIDENCES her having her TYPEWRITTEN Complaint with her to be filed on February 9, 2015, and the Questionnaire CLEARLY states, “WHAT
WAS THE MOST RECENT DATE THE HARM YOU ALLEGED TOOK PLACE?” Answer: “8-11-14 and continues to date.” The Charge Questionnaire evidences, “RECEIVED
FEB 09 2015 U.S. EEOC/JAO.”

So here we are NOW with a “SIMPLE” Request to have my instant EEOC Charge AGAINST First Heritage Credit REOPENED and, from my understanding, it is just
SITTING on your desk awaiting your review! Can you UNDERSTAND the appearance of IMPROPRIETY given the ABOVE FACTS and CRIMINAL acts
already INVOLVING the EEOC’S Legal Counsel Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz! As I shared with Ms. Baskins, the feeling of DELAY TACTICS
by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are efforts to further OBSTRUCT this Federal Investigation; moreover, there is NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON for what
appears to be your NEGLIGENCE and FAILURE to ACT on this matter and have the above referenced EEOC Charge REOPENED and moving the Federal process along!
WITH THAT BEING SAID Mrs. Thomas, PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH an
EXPLANATION as to WHY such a “SIMPLE” issue and REQUEST to reopen the above referenced EEOC Charge No. 423-2015-00802 is just sitting on your desk and is not
being acted upon. Also, PLEASE ADVISE and/or CONFIRM that Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz is Legal Counsel for the United States Department of Labor! Please also advise whether or not Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz will be FIRED as Legal Counsel!
As I shared with Ms. Baskins’, I have contacted Mississippi Congressman
Bennie Thompson’s Office out of concerns regarding this matter and will advise him of
my conversation with Ms. Baskins in your Office today. Therefore, by copy of this correspondence, I am doing so.
Also by copy of this correspondence, I am providing the Employment Agency
(TempStaff) with a copy as well in that it appears that I am NOW being subjected to RETALIATION practices for my participation in PROTECTED activities- i.e. as shared
in this instant EEOC Charge as ONGOING Discriminatory practices also warranting further INVESTIGATIONS! It appears that while TempStaff advises its employees to
NOTIFY them of such matters (in which I did notify Diane at TempStaff of the situation), such notifications (it appears) may come with ADVERSE consequences – i.e.
REFUSAL to send employees (as myself) on other assignments due to KNOWLEDGE of employee’s engagement in protected activities (as EEOC matters, etc.)
