Most draft surveyors all over the world calculate a quantity of loaded/discharged cargo in the same way and
with the same grade of accuracy.
As well known by seamen, an error of a few hundreds tons can appear if we neglect deflection of a ship's hull.
Unlike some sophisticated programs which neglect deflection of the ship's hull and do not compute so called
this modest and simple program gives us quite satisfactory results. Moreover, we can have a printout of
e must remember that, if the draft reading is taken from !ransversal Aft Mark "from a center#, there will be
a descrepancy compared with draft reading taken at the Aft $ide Marks. !herefore we have two variants of
%oth variants are similar& the only difference is the area of reading the draft.
