Customer Expectations and Responsibilities• Migration schedule and specific mailboxes• Client-side migration issue support• End user communications• Migration of client side data (.pst, local Outlook settings,

local contacts)• Post migration support• Remediation or migration of Lotus Domino applications

and application data.• Migration of mail that is in databases not based on the

standard Lotus Domino mail template. • Modifications to the IMAP4 tool for IMAP4 mail systems

that are incompatible with the tool.

Mailbox MigrationMicrosoft will migrate mailboxes from the following source environments• Single Exchange organization at Exchange 2003+

• Single Lotus Domino 7.0.3+ environment

Migration Schedule and Operations• Migration will be done on standardized prescheduled 24x5 basis in pre-

defined migration time slots with 3 migration time slots per migration day
