standard Lotus Domino mail template. • Modifications to the IMAP4 tool for IMAP4 mail systems
that are incompatible with the tool.
Mailbox MigrationMicrosoft will migrate mailboxes from the following source environments• Single Exchange organization at Exchange 2003+
• Single Lotus Domino 7.0.3+ environment
• Single IMAP accessible email (i.e. Gmail) environment
• Single Exchange + Single IMAP, Single Domino + Single IMAP
Migration Schedule and Operations• Migration will be done on standardized prescheduled 24x5 basis in pre-
defined migration time slots with 3 migration time slots per migration day
• All migrations will use MS cloud-based migration tools
• Post-migration report for the migration time slot is provided to customer
