Attendance by Minutes

Badge displaying is Must. Do not lose it. (Rs. 10

for not displaying, Rs. 20 for damaging, Rs. 50 forlosing). This payment is RC (Refreshment Contribution,

and not the fine).

Badges are only for class room communication.

These are not the official badges for. Instead of callingthe students

Man with goggles etc, we have designed these

badges. To us, students names sound good. Students

have to pay Rs.10/ as RC for displaying the badge

outside the class.

Mobile phones must be off. (No vibration etc. Rs. 50

for any call/bell whatsoever).

RCs are NOT meant to GENERATE revenues, they are

NOT to PUNISH but to correct and are made up forrefreshment.

Attendance in Time = 10 marks

Leave = Zero marks, student must apply for it a day

before and it must be recommended by the course official,

otherwise it will not be considered as leave.

Off = -5 marks, if the student is away with information

without the recommendation of authorities, his attendance

will be marked as off.

Absence = -10 marks, if the student is away without

any information/recommendation.

The deduction in marks due to delay will be decided by

the evaluation manager depending upon the delay time.

It is suggested to the students to call and inform if they

are going to be late for even one minute or so.

Default Class Room is Lecture Room No.62.

Do not stand/have idle gossip in the corridors as the

Supervisor doesnt like it.

Compensate your missed classes by consulting other

students about the missed class proceedings.
