ARTICLE 12 - POSSIBLE AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONSThe Organization reserves to itself the right to amend this regulation in case, after it has been writ-ten, occur facts and reasons such to make it neces-sary its possible amendment.

ARTICLE 13 - OTHER INFORMATIONNotwithstanding al the special provisions and dis-positions concerning reunions in public premises it is forbidden to start up fires and to introduce ex-plosive material, detonating and malodorous prod-ucts or in any case dangerous and likely to provoke damage and harassment. Any other information not provided by the regulation can be requested for at the BMT secretary office. Possible claims of any kind must get to the secretary office only in writing within 7 days from the term of the show.

ARTICLE 14 - GENERAL REGULATIONFor anything not provided of specified in this regula-tion the Mostra d’Oltremare S.p.a. General Regula-tion provisions and dispositions are applicable.

ARTICLE 15 - COMPETENT COURTNaples’ court will be exclusively competent for any dispute.

ARTICLE 1 - DATE/SCHEDULE OF THE SHOWBMT, Mediterranean Tourism exchange, organized by Progecta srl, via Loggia dei Pisani 13 – 80133 Napoli, will be held in Naples from March 22nd to March 24th, 2019, at the Fair Complex of Mostra d’Oltremare. Stands must be ready and open to visitors within 9.00 am of 22.03.2019 and they cannot be emptied before 3.00 pm on 24.03.2019.

ARTICLE 2 - ENROLLMENT2.1 Participating Subjectsexhibitors’ requests for enrollment must get to Progec-ta srl through the “exhibition Package” Form and will be accepted until available spaces within the exhibition area will terminate. The Organization reserves itself the right to not accept, to its own incontestable judgment, requests considered not on the same page with the purposes and spirit of the show. The application form must be filled upon payment of the advance. With the signature of the application form, the exhibitor under-takes to participate to the show in the location that will be assigned to it and to accept without reserves the General Regulation of the Mostra d’ Oltremare, the Regulation of the Show, the technical provisions and dispositions and all those integrated prescriptions that will be adopted at any time by the Organizational Of-fice in the interest of the show.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENTSThe advance is payable on the act of reservation. The completion of the payment of the participation and accessory services fee must be done within the ultimate term on 19.02.2019, and in case of no said payment the assembly of the stand will not be al-lowed. The Organization reserves to itself the right to cancel any possible non rectified enrollment through payment on the term provided of fees and accessory services.

ARTICLE 4 - POSSIBLE CANCELLATIONThe exhibitor may cancel reserved spaces through formal notice 90 days before the show through reg-istered mail. Besides that term the secretary office acquires the right to absorb the amounts paid and whatever stock from the waving company and to dispose of the available areas at its own judgment. The foresaid without prejudice to any legal cause to retrieval of the whole amount of the locating roy-alty and of the possible damages.

ARTICLE 5 - ASSIGNMENT OF STANDSThe Organizers will be the ones to collocate the stands who, to the extent possible, will take into account requests and needs of the exhibitors. The organizers reserve to themselves to modify the as-signment of the stands in case necessary for techni-cal organizational field or other reasons.

ARTICLE 6 - CATALOGUE DATAThe data included in the catalogue will be carefully transcribed in the proper form of sheet 1. Possible mistakes or omissions will in no case allow the right to any reimbursement or refund.

ARTICLE 7 - SHOW’S POSSIBLE ANNULMENTIf for causes of force majeure or for whatever rea-sons that don’t depend on the Organization, the show could not be achieved, the undertaken com-mitments towards third parties and the organiza-tional expenses will be distributed among the en-rolled exhibitors to the extent of the advances paid and to be paid. The residual amounts will instead be returned in proportion with the advances paid by the adherents.

ARTICLE 8 - DISTRIBUTIONOF AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALWhatever kind of material, distributed or exhibited,must be exclusive of a touristic kind. The possible audiovisual advertisement shall not disturb the reg-ular ongoing of the show and will be suspended at any time upon decision of the organizers. Any responsibility concerning what transmitted will still be borne by the exhibitor, as well as to obtain due authorizations and to pay the royalties and the copy rights. Any immediate kind of sale to the public Is strictly forbidden.

ARTICLE 9 - HAZARDS INSURANCEOrganizers decline any liability for natural hazards and for force majeure. It is the exhibitors obligation to be covered by insurance against any hazard in-cluding theft and fire or to make a statement of not including material that need an insurance coverage. The insurance policy can be made by the exhibitors with any Insurance Company. The exposed mate-rial will be supervised only by the standard security service for Mostra d’Oltremare, being specific se-curity not provided, therefore it is recommended during assembly and disassembly to pay particular direct attention to valuable material like computer monitors, DVDs, computers, furniture, special pan-els and similar.

ARTICLE 10 - ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLYThe customization of the pre assembled stands shall occur on March 21th 2019 from 12.00 am to 7.00 pm. We’d like to inform you that the stands must be completely emptied before 8.00 pm on Sunday March 24th, 2019 and not before 3.00pm. the mate-rial left in the stands past 8.00 pm of Sunday, March 25th shall be deemed abandoned. Possible excep-tions to that disposition must be authorized by the Organization. It is possible to store the valuable ma-terial in the secretary office storage on 24/03/2019, and must be collected strictly on Monday morning, 25/03/2019 before 12.00 am. disassembly of self assembled stands on free surface must occur exclu-sively on Sunday, March 24th, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, on Monday, March 25th, from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. After such term the non retrieved material shall be deemed abandoned.

ARTICLE 11 - SPACES RETURNLocations must be returned in the conditions in which they were delivered. Possible restoration expenses will be borne by the exhibitor, who is also responsible for the observing of special regulations on the exploit of the structures and of technical systems.

ASSEMBLY ANDDISASSEMBLY OF FREE SURFACEFor self assembling exhibitors it is mandato-ry to present the proper application form/regulation duly filled within 18/02/2019 in order to obtain the necessary allowances for the assembly. the disassembly of the self assembled stands on free surface must occur exclusively on sunday march 19th, from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm and on monday march 21th, from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. after such term the material not retrieved will be deemed to be abandoned.

SHIPMENT OF MATERIALExhibition material can be sent to: BMT Mostra d’Oltremare – ingresso viale Ken-nedy 54, 80125 Napoli, specifying on every piece the exhibitor and the com-pany name, pavilion and stand number. It is necessary to instruct the couriers to strictly deliver at the fair on thursday 21th 2019.

INSURANCEPolicy against theft can be made at the own trusted insurance company. A state-ment which proves the insurance policy coverage or a statement which says that no valuable material will be exposed for theft or fire before the begining fair is required. In case the statement isn’t re-ceived, the stand will be deemed to be free from valuable material (as to regula-tion see sheet 1 article 8).

BMT CATALOGUEData to be included in the catalogue must be received before february 19th, 2019. Beyond that date we will not be able to grant possible variations and/or new inclusions.

ExHIBITORS’ BADGESBadges required before 01/03/2019 by filling the back of sheet 4 will be sent to the company. For following requests the delivery will be made at the fair.

HOTEL RESERVATIONSExtra fee additional rooms’ reservations must be requested within 12/02/2019. Annulments and variations of dates and/or names must be notified not past febru-ary 19th, 2019.
