This training is also to create a balance between TOP and SOP so often used in daily operations.

It will attempt to utilize modern management techniques which focus on combining traditional administrative factors (i.e. cost, overhead, human resources, etc) with internal and external environmental factors, as well as infusing socio-behavioral factors to ensure all employees, not just leaders, are players in the organizations growth.55/23/2012Day OneAccounting Policies and Procedures

You cannot change or motivate people, but you can change and motivate yourself. This will lead others to take notice and follow YOU.

Ban complaints! Instead, convert complaints to REQUESTS!

Activate the Shield (dont take things personally) > Boost the Body (where the body goes, the mind follows) > Commend from the heart (empathy & sincere concern)12

Anchors

Employees are like chains

Weak Links Break the chain

Agencies are like battleships

The Ship Sinks...

Lets imagine your department or agency as a battleship.. Its crew (your employees) are the chains that help keep the ship from going astray or .. Knock on wood.. Sinking..

Now imagine what would happen when there are weak links to that VERY IMPORTANT chain! Yep, the ship will begin to get vulnerable to damage and eventually sink!!

16

Are you the Links

We have been conducting annual sometimes bi-annual training at DOA to help strengthen our employees to make sure our ship stays afloat.

Are YOU the WEAKEST LINK?

Feng ShuiPositive Results

There will ALWAYS be TOP in any organization or entity, we just need to remove the Reactive factor to ensure some balance in the environment.

By replacing the Positive and Negatives of an organization with NEUTRAL FACTORS, we will find the balance needed to succeed as a team by creating peak performers!

Our training attempts to create a balance between TOP and SOP so often used in daily operations.

We will attempt to utilize modern management techniques which focus on combining traditional administrative factors (i.e. cost, overhead, human resources, etc) with internal and external environmental factors, as well as infusing socio-behavioral factors to ensure all employees, not just leaders, are players in the organizations growth. This training also creates a balance between TOP and SOP so often used in daily operations.
