GovGuam Receives 2nd National Award!Tamuning, Guam After many years of trying to transform various administrative government employees into a much informed public servant in the areas of governmental accounting, the Department of Administration’s Division of Accounts can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
This was straight from the seventh floor of the ITC Building in Tamuning, Guam where the many tasks of accounting for the Executive Branch is performed.
However, back in the real world, this is certainly not a
reality. Especially when there continues to be audit findings and questions. There is still hope! Hope that this dream audit would one day become the much wanted reality for our Government of Guam.
It is no secret that continued education, training and attending conferences and seminars all contribute to a much better level of understanding. It also improves performance, self-
