A portion of the Village Board meeting will run concurrent with the Redevelopment Authority meeting.

1.  Call meeting to order a.  Pledge Allegiance to the Flagb.  Roll Callc.  Announcement of possible closed session

confer with l egal counsel for Village who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adoptedby Village with respect to litigation in which the Village is or is likely to become involved – Agreement toUndertake Development in Tax Increment District #2 with Stoneridge Development LLC/Dean Prohaska
