Symptom

You are having an FMAVC informational or error message during travel request creation, at the review stage although there should be no message.

Reason and Prerequisites

You are using SAP Travel Management application. During a travel request creation, an AVC budget check is incorrectly performed: at the review stage, budget consumption is statistical.

Solution

Implement the attached correction instructions or apply the corresponding Support Package.

Once the correction is implemented, run the following transaction codes to check and correct AVC figures:

l FMAVCDIFF: Display differences between AVC data and posted data l FMAVCREINIT: Reconstruction report for AVC, should be used outside business hours (no user logged on).
