Symptom

This SAP Note is used as a collection of corrections for the DBA Cockpit in SAP Basis Release 7.02 and 7.30. This SAP Note includes other required SAP Notes that are regularly extended and updated. Therefore, you can use this SAP Note in transaction SNOTE as a generic update mechanism for the DBA Cockpit.

Solution

You can implement succeeding corrections automatically using transaction SNOTE. Whenever this SAP Note is updated, you must implement it again using transaction SNOTE. When you do so, only the differences (delta) are implemented. The SAP Note Assistant guarantees that the succeeding corrections are implemented correctly and that the Support Package level of the SAP system is taken into account. The relevant notes are displayed as prerequisites. The following list provides an overview of the errors solved by applying the attached correction instruction:

Troubleshooting:

1. The reimplementation of SAP Note 1645794 fails with the error message 'Obsolete version implemented'. Solution: Manually reset the implementation of SAP Notes 1657108, 1665820, 1657108 and 1645974 (in that order). Then reimplement all four SAP notes manually or reimplement SAP Note 1558958.
