1. ORDERS: Wholesale Only. All orders subject to acceptance by Metropolitan Equipment Group, Inc (MEG). Possession of this wholesale catalog does not constitute the right to purchase from MEG. Minimum order net is $25.00.

2. PAYMENT TERMS: Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice.

3. COLLECTION FEES: Customers agree to pay all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, an attorney’s fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of all sums due and outstanding, as well as court costs, if Customer fails or refuses to pay the amount due in accordance to the terms above. Additionally Customer will be subject to 1.5% interest per month until payment.

4. SALES TAX: No sales taxes are included in the prices listed in this catalog. Sales tax will be charged in accordance with appropriate jurisdiction.

5. FREIGHT: All shipments are F.O.B. our Beltsville warehouse, freight prepaid and added to invoice.

6. WARRANTIES: Standard manufacturer warranties to apply.

7. TITLE: Title to all materials shall remain the sellers’ until the purchase price is paid in full.

8. CLAIMS: The responsibility of MEG ceases upon delivery of material in good order to the carrier. Any claims for damages, shortages, or losses in transit must be filed by the customer against the transportation company once the material is received. Claims of shortage will not be considered unless made within 30 days after receipts of goods.

9. RETURN POLICY: �Material must be returned within 90 days of

purchase.�Return authorization and shipping ticket or

copy of MEG invoice to be included with return.

�Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

�Only stock items will be accepted for return here.

�If non-stock items are returned without authorization the customer will be responsible for the return freight. No credit will be issued.
