Throughout playtesting the game was called magic.The game “Magic” was thought to be too unspecific. That’s why after consultation with a lawyer they decided to rename the game Magic: the Gathering. Then making it able to trademark.

Since the release of Magic: The Gathering. Three revisions of magic have come out. Magic also received a major visual redesign.

AN INTERESTING FACT! I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE THAT ALL MAGIC PLAYERS PROXY THEIR DECKS TO TEST THEM BEFORE THEY BUY THEIR CARDS.

General Procedure

Step One: Get proper materials.

Step six: repeat the fourth step till all twenty points of life is loss by one opponent or more.

Step Four: Decide who has the first turn

Step Three: Set up your field.

Step Two: Shuffle your deck.

Step Five: First person plays their “mana” or a land if they have it. Then the second persons turn is next. They draw a card and play what they can.
