Fribergs FPC is the classic PanoCopter® kettle with mixer. A quality kettle for those who have high requirements on capacity, low energy consumption and best possible kitchen ergonomics. Our kettles come in sizes from 30 to 300 litres and is available for both electrical heating as well as for connection to external steam. Tre different models; from the basic FPB which comes without mixer to the standard model FPC or our high-tilting FPCH version with a full 720mm beneath the tilted kettle.

Fribergs FPB kettle is a simpler model with the same high quality and the same basic design, but with a simplified control panel and no mixer.

FRIBERGS PANOCOPTER® KETTLES:• Electrical warming through our patented steam raising

system.• Electrical tilting.• The capacities specified are net volumes.• Stainless inner and outer casing.• Swivel spout on the kettle rim for cold water.• Automatic water dosage.• Digital temperature display of preset and actual

temperature.• Automatic temperature setting ±1°C.• Cooking times, alarm and automatic stop of warming

function.

• Thermally-operated jacket cooling, cooling ready alarm.

• Transparent, pivoted polycarbonate lid with inspection cover for tasting, seasoning and diluting. The lid is not obstructed by the agitator.

• Well-insulated outer casing that gets no hotter than 35ºC at a room temperature of 20ºC.

• Internal volume indicator.• Easy grip tap with hose and nozzle for cleaning the

kettle and its close surroundings.• The kettles are either bolted to the floor or on

mounting frames.• The kettles are available in 30, 40, 50, 70, 100, 150, 200

and 300 litre capacities.• The kettles can be series mounted.Other functions in accordance with our standard.

FRIBERGS PANOCOPTER® MIXER:• Column-mounted top mixer, i.e. works from above.• Possible to mash potatoes directly in the kettle.• The mixing tool has 2 upper and 3 lower “wings” that

rotate towards each other, i.e. continuous reversing movement.

• Variable speeds of 0 till 60 rpm.• Automatic or manual setting of mixer volume, i.e. it

either rotates up through the contents and down to the bottom of the kettle where it rotates for around 30 seconds before repeating the movement or it only rotates at the bottom.

• The mixer can be used alternately in two kettles.• The mixer arm is swung to one side when not in use.• The mixing tool is driven up out of the kettle by the

mixer.• The mixer can be used with the kettle lid closed.• The speed is reduced to 15 rpm when the lid is

opened.• The mixer is available in two models. The choice of

mixer is determined by the kettle size as follows: 200-300 litres – PC10, 2,2 kW (20A fuse). 30-150 litres – PC7, 1,1 kW (20A fuse).

• The mixer in automatic mode using a standard tool equipped with dishbrush wings (accessory) washes the inside of the kettle effectively.
