NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sub: AMCfor Computer Peripherals - Reg.

EPFO, Regional Office, Nyalkal Road, Nizamabad, Telangana invites sealed

quotations from registered agencies, vendors for AMC of computer peripherals of this

office as per terms and conditions noted below. The last date of receipt of sealed

quotations is by 02.00 pm on 28.08.2020

Service requirements: Execution of the work shall in terms of the

guidelines, specifications of Tender Invitation Notice.

The Initiation of Tender is for: Annual Maintenance Contract for the

computer peripherals in the Regional Office, Nizamabad to the specifications detailed

in Annexure-B of the Tender Documents.

TERMS &. CONDITIONS:

• Tenderers are advised to study the Tender documents carefully. Submission of

Tender Shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and

examination of the Tender Conditions with full understanding of its

implications.

• The Tender documents are not transferrable.

opening of the technical bid.

• Date by which contract to be signed by the Vendor Agency: Within

One week time from the approval by the competent authority.

The renderers are requested to submit the tender in two parts in two

sealed envelopes duly endorsing:

• Technical Bid.

• Financial Bid.

Technical bid must contain the details of credentials, manpower, technical

manpower available, infrastructure to serve this office, copies of work order

from big establishments etc to establish their worth.

• Companies with at least 06 years of experience in the field with sufficient

infrastructure, technical manpower available & located in close proximity from

this office to serve the AMC without interruption and service within the limit of

01 hour item period after due complaint. The tenderer/bidder shall submit bid

documents with necessary enclosure within closing date as defined either by

dropping the sealed envelope in the drop box placed at the front office at

EPFO, Regional Office, Nyalkal Road, Nizamabad or by way of

registered/courier post and the same shall rfJach this office within the closing

date and time positively. Bid documents received after closing date/time shall

be treated as rejected and shall not be considered as valid documents.

Once a particular bidder is successful in the technical bid, his Financial bid will

be opened and will be in contention.

• The successful bidder will have to execute an agreement with EPFO as per the

"Draft Agreement".

• The bidder may take inspection of the items to be covered under AMC during

the office hours between 10.00 am to 04.00 pm on any working day.

• Validity of the Bid: 03 months w.e.f date of submission of quotation.

Agreement will be for 01 year.

• The AMC rate shall be limited to a maximum of 6% of the value of each item.

• The AMC shall include operating systems all parts whichever are damaged

during the AMC period, excluding consumable items and battery. For further

details, if any, may contract EPFO, Regional Office, Nizamabad on any working

days from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm.
