 We have asked for a list of your previous posts, so that we can check that your training is balanced (and double check our records as there have been some swaps!). As there will be an element of competition for some posts, the ST4 & ST5 allocation process will be based on a combination of criteria such as educational needs, careers aims, personal circumstances and scoring the ePortfolio (at the panel allocation meeting) please see Appendix A for details.

Level 2 (ST4 & ST5) trainees should complete 12 months General Paediatrics, 6 months Neonatology and 6 months Community. On page 2 you will find the preference sheet for you to complete and return by: Date: xx January 2015*Please Note: Progression to ST4 will be dependent on your ST3 ARCP outcome

Please note that we cannot guarantee your preference as posts are allocated via the scoring system, however we will also take into account individual training needs.

You will be placed in a 2 year rotation of Trusts enabling you to gain Level 2 Competencies in Neonates, Community and General Paediatrics.
