Research Update 2018 Spring Neurology, Sakura Medical Center , Toho University Our research goal is: First, to develop a clear way of early diagnosis and treatment of the patients, using advanced neuroimaging (MRI tensor & curtosis imaging, functional brain mapping of autonomic stimulation), cerebrospinal fluid analysis (alpha synuclein, separating repeat-numbers of phosphorylated tau, oxidative stress, neuro-immunology), neurophysiology, cognitive testing, and advanced autonomic testing (bladder electro-sensation & video urodynamics, upper & lower gut motility). Second, to develop a clear way of management and care for the patients, using patient-oriented care by a Neuro-Team from the functional recovery of aphasia to the bladder care. Just kick on, join and research together!
