How to use anatomy tv
For the best experience it is recommended to use the following web browsers for anatomy tv;

You will also need to allow pop-ups in the browser to view all of the content
You will then be presented with the screen that shows the modules that are available as part of the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust subscription. These are bold and accompanied by an orange tick.
This organisation uses Athens as the authentication/access tool to licensed content and thus you must have a registered Athens account for Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust to use Anatomy tv. If you don’t have an account you can register at www.evidence.nhs.uk under the Journals and Databases section.
If you have an Athens account just click on Athens User Login to enter the system.
* Access to Systemic Anatomy will be available from June 2014.
Interface explained
A default view will appear in the viewing pane when you first select a module
Click on the required module to launch
You can select a view from the list in the bottom right pane
Zoom in Zoom out Save Flip
90left 90 right Print Highlight
Remove Add layers Rotate left/right
Layers
If you click and highlight any structure text will appear in the top right pane.
Use the print and save functions at the bottom of the screen to export any 3D image
Links to additional slides/video clips will appear as underlined text and can be opened by clicking on them – they will open in a new window.
MRI section:
Compare labelled cross sections of the 3D models with equivalent MRI in 3 planes. Choose a plane then scroll through all available layers All visible structures are labelled on the cross section plus any that are large enough to see
are labelled on the MRI.
Scroll up and down through slices
Lock/unlock cross section and MRI Choose a plane here
Slides:
Choose a slide from the menu in the top right pane
Use the print and save functions at the bottom of the screen to export the image
Movies:
Choose a movie clip from the menu in the top right pane
Use the print and save functions at the bottom of the screen to export the image
