Terms and Conditions for The Exam Recovery Pack competition

1. The Prize is 25,000 virtual goodie bags containing a Pizza Express voucher, a BPP voucher and an ACCA brochure containing more information about exams.

2. The first 25,000 people to provide their details in our competition form (http://yourfuture.accaglobal.com/global/campaign/competition-hub.html) will be the winners of this prize.

3. The Draw will close at midday on Thursday the 22nd of December 2016. The virtual goodie bags will be sent out daily from the 16th December until the 22nd December

4. The competition is open to all UK & Ireland ACCA Students aged 18 or over only but not to employees of ACCA, their friends or family, or anyone connected with the prize.

5. All entrants will be winners up until the 25,000 prize is given out, winners will be selected from all those entries received before the closing date. The winners will be emailed their prize via the email address provided.

6. Entry into the Draw is free of charge.

7. You may only enter the Draw once.

8. ACCA accepts no liability and will not be held responsible for any problems that you might experience in entering the competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACCA hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Draw or the prize. Nothing however shall exclude ACCA’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

9. ACCA will only use your contact details to administer your prize if you win, unless you have indicated that you would like to receive more details from us or one of the sponsors. Please see ACCA’s privacy and data protection policy for details on how we will use your data.

10. In the event of any dispute regarding the Draw, the decision of ACCA shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

11. ACCA may withdraw or cancel the Draw for any reason and at any time and may change the prize to a prize of a similar value. There is no cash alternative.

12. ACCA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be displayed here.

13. By entering the Draw you give permission for ACCA to publish your name, town and prize in selected advertising media of ACCA’s choice (if any).

14. ACCA may disqualify you from winning the prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect you may be in breach of these terms and conditions and/or your participation in the Draw may be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
