1 A.W.E. Tuning Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) 1 2.625” T-bolt clamp
Using a T25 Torx bit, remove the under tray bolts and set the un-der tray aside.

Remove the passenger side front wheel. Using a T25 Torx bit, to remove the wheel liner bolts and set the wheel liner aside.

The factory Turbo Outlet Pipe assembly is located at Arrow A in Figure 3. Using a T30 Torx bit, remove both bolts at Arrows B in Figure 3. With a small flathead screw driver, remove the wire spring clips at Arrows C in Figure 3. Remove the entire factory Turbo Outlet Pipe assembly from the car.

Remove all the hardware from the factory Turbo Outlet Pipe and swap it over to the A.W.E. Tuning Turbo Outlet Pipe. Instead of reusing the factory hose clamp (at Arrow D in Figure 4), swap it out for the enclosed T-bolt clamp. Do not tighten ful-ly at this point.

Lightly coat with motor oil the o-rings on the metal couplers of the stock rubber hoses that attach to the A.W.E. Tuning Turbo Outlet Pipe. This will help ease installation. Once installed in the car, rotate the A.W.E. Tuning Turbo Outlet Pipe so that the two T30 Torx bolts can be reinstalled. Then tighten down the T-bolt clamp that was left loose in Step 4 (at arrow in Figure 5). Start the car and check for leaks. If there are no issues, re-install the fender liner, under car tray, and wheel.

Limited Warranty The following warranty is valid only in the United States. The Manufacturer’s full warranty applies to all products sold. Secor Ltd. (A.W.E. Tuning) warrants to the original retail purchaser (Consumer) this product (2.0T TSI Turbo Outlet Pipe) against manufacturing defects for one year from date of original purchase. Upon verification of warranty coverage, A.W.E. Tuning will repair or replace the defective product at their discretion, without charge. This is the only remedy the Consumer has for any loss or damage, however aris-ing, due to nonconformity in or defect of the product. This warranty does not cover consequential damage, loss of time or revenues, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, damage to the vehicle or components, or other incidental or indirect damage. All warranties are void if the product was not installed by a certified auto mechanic, improperly serviced, modified, or used in a way not intended by the Manufacturer. Use of product in Motorsports or Racing con-ditions is grounds for warranty denial. Motorsports and Racing is an inherently abusive operational condi-tion, and it is impossible to warranty for this type of usage. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed in a safe and proper manner, and should cease usage of the product immediately if an unsafe or improper condition is noted. If an unsafe or improper condition is noted, the Consumer should then immediately contact the facility where the product was installed or A.W.E. Tuning directly. Please contact the original place of purchase for any warranty claims or explanations of this document.
