Get started in three simple steps

1 Visit www.healthnet.com and click on Members > Log In

2 Select the plan you have by clicking on the Member Registration – Employer Plans link under Plan through your employer (including Medicare)

3 Follow the easy steps to complete your registration

Note: You can register using either desktop or mobile devices. For mobile, click on Members. Then, under Secure Access Tools click the link that best describes your plan.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll see a login screen. Plus, you’ll receive an email that confirms you are registered.

Health Net Mobile The Health Net Mobile app is the easiest way to connect to your HealthNet.com online account.

Once you’re a registered HealthNet.com member you can use this app to quickly get

plan, copay and deductible information. You can also access ProviderSearch and a mobile version of

your Health Net ID card.

Here’s how: 1. For Apple and Android, go

to the App Store or Google Play. Search for “Health Net Mobile” and then download and start the app.

2. Tap the topic you want to access. Then use the HealthNet.com username and password you created online to log in.
