Ceylon Arrack is one of the few spirits in the world that is a distillate of 100% natural fermentation. Collection of the coconut flower sap is undertaken by ‘Toddy Tappers’, who can be seen in the early morning on top of coconut trees along the shoreline. The sap has its own natural yeast and starts fermenting naturally once collected, it therefore must be distilled within 24 hours.

Ceylon Arrack is a 100% natural spirit from Sri Lanka distilled from the sap of the coconut flower and aged in Halmilla hard wood.

The primary role of wood ageing is to calm the spirit rather than to flavour it. The ageing process is carefully monitored to ensure that the natural flavours are enhanced and not overtaken. This process results in a complex liquid with a rich, sweet nose and aromas and flavours of tropical fruit. The ‘Toddy’ produces a 70cl bottle of Ceylon Arrack from four to six coconut trees.

A classic bourbon which came into being in 1860 at a place called Early Times Station in Kentucky. In the 1920s, it came into its own as one of the few whiskies available during prohibition used for ‘medicinal purposes’. Assistant Distillery Manager at the time, Searles Lewis Guthrie, purchased the Early Times Distillery just before the prohibition trucks started rolling and invested all his experience, intelligence and wealth to protect the distinctive character of Early Times.

The distillery has over 150 years of Bourbon making expertise. It is a classic Bourbon whiskey which made Kentucky famous. Now available in 40 countries worldwide, it is the best-selling whiskey in the USA.

Matured in hand crafted oak barrels, this produces the classic bourbon flavouring. It is light honey in colour, with sweet aromas of chocolate and a smooth creamy caramel flavour. It’s high corn, low rye content gives it a smooth and light bodied taste profile, making it perfect to suit a laid back and mellow palate and long, refreshing cocktail serves.

Produced since 1873, Velho Barreiro is one of the most appreciated cachaças in Brazil. It has a delicate aroma, due to the careful double distillation production method.

The cachaça is stored in wooden barrels made from a particular Brazilian wood, the “Jequitibá Rosa”. This gives a unique style.

After the first distillation, Velho Barreiro is allowed to rest for some time before it is distilled for a second time. For this traditional cachaça, the spirit rests for 6 months before bottling. Velho Barreiro Gold is stored in barrels for 3 years and has a golden colour.

Velho Barreiro has a smoky aroma and a warm and smooth finish due to the very careful methods of distillation employed. While the ageing process does not drastically affect the colour of this clear spirit, it does impart depth, flavour and harmony.

Enjoy Velho Barreiro in the Brazilian’s favourite cocktail - the Caipirinha or in other fruit cocktails, whether it’s passionfruit, pineapple, coconut, mango or simply pure, straight on the rocks.

Kokoro was inspired by a visit to our Uncle Nic, who's lived in Japan for over 50 years. His life's passion has been transforming neglected ancient woodland back into a haven for endangered indigenous plant species. Walking in the forest with him one day he introduced us to the incredible flavour of the sansho berry.

"Fortuitously pepperascial," nibbled the words off his tongue. "With a uniquely citronious note." And it was these insatiable desirability's that Uncle Nic knew would give his family gin - known most fondly as Kokoro - such an exquisitely unique flavouring.

Kokoro is sublime served neat over ice or served with high quality light tonic water, fresh ginger and a twist of lemon.

Pisco Portón is THE handcrafted, super premium Peruvian pisco that is estate grown, distilled and bottled in Ica, Peru at one of the oldest distilleries in the Americas, Hacienda La Caravedo.

Portón Pisco is distilled to exactly 86 proof using custom made copper pot stills.

To preserve the full character of the grapes, Portón Pisco uses the ‘mosto verde’ method of distilling from partially fermented grape juice. This serves to keep some of the natural grape sugars from converting into alcohol, so putting more flavour and aroma into every bottle.

By Peruvian law, no water can be added to the pisco to bring it to proof. After distillation, the pisco rests in containers called ‘cubas de guardia’ for five to eight months in order to let the flavours develop. Each bottle is individually numbered and bears the signature of Master Distiller, Johnny Schuler.

Tequila Herradura, founded in 1870, is one of the oldest and most respected producers of tequila. Located and produced in the heart of Mexico’s tequila region, in the tiny town of Amatitán, Jalisco - Tequila Herradura is an all-natural and estate bottled 100% blue agave tequila.

Carefully crafted using traditional methods, such as: cooking the agave in clay ovens, fermenting naturally with wild yeast and ageing in virgin American white oak barrels.

Tequila Herradura received its name when Aurelio López Rosales was out inspecting the agave fields and saw a glint of light on the dusty ground. When he picked up the gleaming object, it was a horseshoe that had caught the light. Since the horseshoe (‘Herradura’ in Spanish) means good luck all over the world, Aurelio was inspired to give this name to his excellent Tequila.

Tequila Herradura delivers a unique sensorial experience in each of its various expressions. This is the primary reason as to why Tequila Herradura has been synonymous with success and quality since it began.

Black Cow Vodka is the only vodka on the market to be entirely made from the milk of grass grazed cows, situated on England’s West Dorset Coast.

The white spirit is fermented and distilled to create exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy taste.

The product was invented by dairy farmer Jason Barber, while he was looking for a way to diversify his produce and to incorporate his own interest in vodka.

The inspiration derives from the century old process developed by the Tuvan Siberian tribe of drinking fermented milk from their horses.

The smell of Black Cow Vodka is pleasantly sweet, with hints of vanilla. When it hits your palate, you are subject to a creamy and sweet taste, with a touch of cinnamon, and once it has left your palate you are left with a warming and a clean finish.

There are many ways to serve Black Cow Vodka; incorporated into a Martini, or as a shot garnished with an olive and enjoyed with the 1833 cheddar made from the same milk.

DAVNAVODKARicky Agnew visited Poland in 1994 and after discovering a wealth of traditional, high quality vodkas, he decided to create his own Polish vodka brand. Initially launched as a cherry vodka, Davna was created in 2011.

To produce Davna Czeri the whole fruit including the stones is ‘washed’ for two weeks using premium grain Polish Vodka at 70% strength.

1kg of cherries will produce 2 litres of Davna Czeri Vodka. When the liquid is reduced to a consistent strength of 40%, it is transferred to ancient 1000 litre Polish oak barrels where it is rested for one year. After one year the liquid is transferred to stainless steel tanks for blending. The strength is then reduced to 38% to produce a unique balance of natural cherry fruit flavours & grain vodka.

KINAHAN’S WHISKEYKinahan’s Irish whiskey was founded in 1779 by Daniel Kinahan on Trinity Street, Dublin. In 1807, the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland was so impressed with the whiskey that he demanded all barrels at the Kinahan’s cellars must be kept for his private use marked with the “L.L.” sign, which still adorns every bottle.

In 1863, Kinahan’s L.L. became world’s first legally defended whiskey brand and was favoured by Jerry Thomas (the father of American Mixology). Trading internationally, it was the only Irish whiskey to ever receive Royal Warrants, by Queen Victoria in 1886 and King Edward VII in 1901.

Having reopened trade in 2014 Kinahan’s L.L. revives what it was always renowned for –skillful maturation and blending techniques, selecting some of the best casks of Irishwhiskey, ageing, cask finishing, blending andbottling to create some of the world’s finestartisan whiskey expressions.

The resulting product is complex with unusually mellow, malty character, which made Kinahan’s L.L. so popular for generations. The Single Malt is thick and fruity, with a hint of grapefruit in the background. Whereas, the Small Batch is sweet and floral with vanilla and a hint of chocolate.
