The 100GE cannot provide accurate detection mechanism, like

SD/SF of SDH/OTN.

PHY error counters in PCS layer just detects the invalid

synchronization header, can not evaluate the real BER.

NO.2: OAM signal pass between routers over OTN

LF/RF(Local Fault/Remote Fault) defined in 802.3ba need to be

passed through OTN
