Your e-mail address is the one you use for your sport. Every official MUST have their own e-mail address. Addresses cannot be shared. Your initial password is your last name. If in the future you forget your password, click on “Forgot your password” and it will be mailed to you. Your computer will remember your password if you select “Remember my sign in information on this computer”. Watch out, don’t do this on a public or shared computer!

From “My Start Page” select “Update My Information” Make sure that your information is correct. Be sure to include your Social Security Number and your date of birth. Don’t worry about the Jersey number. While the system requires that you have one, the actual value is unimportant. Next, edit your phone information.

Click on the “Pencil” symbol to edit a phone. Click on the “Trash Can” to delete a phone. Use the “up” and “down” arrows on the right to get them in your preferred order. The first phone in the list is the one displayed by default on the officials roster list and on your game schedules. The assigner is the only one who can see the note. .

The officials will update their information accordingly. **Assigners can specify what information is pertinent for their officials to fill out in their organization.

• Then choose under “Action” what type of block you would like to do – “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or “Clear Blocks”.

You will enter in the “From” and “To” Field with the appropriate dates – use the calendar icon to the right of each field to select the dates or type the date in. Format when typing “MM/DD/YYYY”. Once you have those dates entered, select the “days” of the week to affect and place a check mark in each day of the week selection. Then click “Apply”.
It now shows the applied “All Day” Block for the selected Date Range.

“Blocking Part of a day” To Block Part of the day would be the same, except you would include the “Time Range” – “From” & “To”. Remember – Do not forget to include the Date Range in your selection. **You can also select a single day from the calendar to block (All or Part Day Block).

• First – Select the type of block you need “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or select “Clear Blocks”
• Next – Select the date range for that selection, if you selected “Block Part Day” don’t forget to include the time “From” & “To”. Click apply to apply your settings.

From “My Start Page”, select “Self Assign Games” You may assign yourself a maximum of a certain #(Set by assigner) games per day. You can only see those games that you are qualified to self-assign. You can change the sort order of this page by clicking on the column headings. The current sort order is listed on the left of the screen. Click “Reset” to return to the original sort order. Once you have selected “go” for a game in will immediately show-up in your schedule. The only way to undo this action is to contact the assignor. .

From “My Start Page” select “Attach” Attaching yourself to a team puts place holders into your schedule for that team’s scheduled games. The only available sport to select is “Soccer”. “Level” contains a list of all the various levels of soccer that are assigned through TheArbiter.net. At this time, this list includes NCAA, High School, TVSL, GMSL and adult soccer leagues. “Teams” pulls down a list of teams for the “Level” you have previously selected. Once all fields are set, you will be presented with a list of games that you can attach yourself to. When finished, press “Submit” to save your changes.

From “My Start Page” select “Officials” Clicking on one of the letters in the light green box will display the officials whose last name begins with that letter. If there are numbers in the dark green box at the bottom, then there are multiple pages. Click on the number to switch pages. You can change the number of officials displayed per page. The sort order can be changed by clicking on one of the headers at the top of the page. Clicking on an e-mail address will start your e-mail program. Clicking on the address will generate a map (via MapQuest)
