DIRECTIONS:1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Put the flour, oatmeal, oil, 1/3 cup honey, egg, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Mix for 3 mins. until a uniform dough is formed. Grease a 10-inch tart pan. Peel and core the apples.2. Press the dough into the tart pan to form a 1/4-inch thick layer. Spread the cranberries over the top. Cut apples into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a bowl. Add the remaining honey and 1 tbsp. cinnamon, and mix well. Spoon the apples in the tart pan, leaving a small border around the edge. Bake the tart for about 40-45 min., or until golden brown. Let cool and serve.
