• Our recruiting agent first conducts telephone interviews to qualify candidates on communication skills, education, experience, eligibility, and availability.

Preliminary Qualification

• Based on client requirements we determine candidates aptitude in specific technical areas, along with attributes such as willingness to travel, etc.

• Appropriate work samples are obtained from candidates and are carefully reviewed for adequacy and merit with respect to requirements.

Technical Interview

• If the candidate is deemed suitable after first two steps, the recruiting agent performs reference checks before finally presenting the candidate to the client.
